Did not listen. Used Dave Mayfield for my wedding. Pictures turned out just okay. He was not interested in what I wanted for my wedding pictures. He insisted we do a ton of posed photos with family when what I wanted (and said numerous times) was more candid shots. But, on the day of the wedding, he completely ignored my requests and had my husband and I pose with every possible combination of family members. The last think I felt like doing on my wedding day was argue with the photographer, so I just went with it. He spent a lot of time talking to staff, eating, and watching TV instead of taking pictures of the wedding. His prices are low so I guess you get what you pay for.
