Great customer service, great variety and prices – I LOVE Costco. They have a huge variety of items that are very reasonably priced. Their coupon deals are hard to beat. The food samples are usually quite tasty. The organic (and non-organic) produce is excellent. And each and every time I have purchased something and changed my mind, they have not hesitated to take it back with a SMILE.

Oh, and 2 1/2 pounds of organic Sumatran coffee beans that were roasted right there in the store for only $10???!!! Where do I sign up for that?!

If someone doesn't want a Warehouse store, this is not the place for him or her. But for what it is, it is top notch in my book.

The Good, The Bad, & The Bloody – I love the quality and selection of the durable goods, as well as the organic products and ALL the produce. I think the prices are good! They have a great return policy -- and allow you to return items with no questions asked.

The rotisserie chicken is great tasting and a good price, but last Sunday I bought 2 and both were bloody at the breast bone, and the leg, thigh, and wing joints. Gross. I jointed it and cooked it for 30 more min @ 400deg.

Someone else said it, too -- the lines are truly ridiculous for check-out and I am often frustrated. I shop on Sunday from 3-6PM and am always stuck in line for ~20 minutes. No wonder the patrons get grumpy.

Boxes of consumer goodies are stacked as high as the eye can see at this international chain store – In Short
Formerly known as the Price Club, this large membership-only warehouse is chock-full of almost any consumer product under the sun-in bulk, of course. With goods ranging from high-end electronics to outdoor furniture to fresh lobster, this wholesale superstore has got it (lots and lots of it!). While the high-volume and low prices appeals mainly to families and business, it's not uncommon to find college students trolling the various aisles for free food samples. The various membership options offer a range of plans, all reasonably priced. A word of warning to shopaholics: If you leave home without a list, you might spend more than you bargained for with all the deals offered.

Nothing special – When you often have to wait at least 20 minutes to check out at the few cashiers that are open and finding some one to answer a simple question becomes a hunting trip, the prices better be extra special. No chance of that. They have bigger qualities-no surprise-that when compared to smaller packages at other stores are often the same or more expensive. Add the terrible parking and generally hostile shoppers, you wonder why you ever joined.

Not worth it – Don't get trapped into believing you are going to save money in this place. Their products are just buckier not cheaper. When you consider the membership fee you are already in a hole to start with. They try to upgrade your membership to the $100 one, which you may break even if you shop for a small army. The store is constantly jacking up the markup on what can only called inferior and limited goods. The checkout lines will raise your blood-pressure to boiling, especially when you see most of the cashier stations closed. Customer service, or the lack there of, will suprise you. Parking can be a nightmare too. Overall, this place isn't worth it.

Good deals, like the organic selection, good food, good pizza, family friendly. Like Costco's brand, Kirkland, expecially their diapers!

Great prices, long lines, rude shoppers, but love all the samples! – We like shopping here especially when they send out coupons for additional savings. The down side of it, it doesn't open until 10:30/11am, which for me makes taking my daughter hard it's late in the morning, makes getting there and back home before picking her up from school hard (we live out 79). It seems the "traffic" of visitors are very rude, cut in front of you, very snotty, not pleasant at all and every time we go it's just not pleasant when it comes to the other shoppers. I'm not sure why people that are snotty or think they are financially better off shop there and make things difficult for those that do, but it's annoying to deal with when you try to teach your kids manners and respecting others and this store is one huge lesson on how not to act and treat others. The feeling isn't take your time and look around it's get in and get out, avoid other people because they will just be rude or run you over and it's not an enjoyable experience from that stand point. The fact they have tons of samples usually is a draw and I usually buy something off my list when I'm able to try something I wouldn't normally buy. The return policy is one of the best of any store I've been to, no questions asked, very friendly staff, that is a really wonderful experience if you ever have to take something back. It's wonderful they have a lot of local breads and items to help local sellers, which is great. I hope to see more local items! I wish they would build one further up north and east of 35 to accomodate the others outside the city, but thanks to the toll road getting there is a much quicker drive. Over all buying in bulk if you know your prices can save you a ton of money each year and they send out coupons which the other large warehouse store does not, so the extra savings really does help when trying to budget for our family! Happy shopping!
