Amazing crab legs & Mongolian BBQ!. My husband and I, with our busy schedules, eat out a few times a week...and needless to say we are picky and rarely leave the resteraunt happy, much less so pleased that we feel compelled to write about it. We are not the "buffet type" but we love the BBQ...The mongolian BBQ is amazing....we have been there before and we went back specifically for this special treat. One comment I'd like to make...the chef isn't exactly chatty and friendly at first glance, but if you show him respect and appreciation he will certainly reciprocate. I'm assuming all the people who commented on him being unpleasant were equally as unpleasant...shoving thier plates of raw food at him time after time pretending not to notice his tip jar. Moving on I have to say after tonights experience we will be returning. The service was friendly and helpful and last but not least...the crab legs were AMAZING!...we are talking top notch, 5 star quality, finger lickin' DELICIOUS! I was hesitant at first...but then we spent the rest of the evening eating only the crab legs. Our son even tried them and loved them. Some of there recent changes are a little "off"...such as thier dissapointing dessert bar (ice cream cups?) and actual bottles of salad dressing. Not everything is fabulous...but thats the nice part of a buffet..take what you want and leave the rest. However, for what you pay, the service you get and the high quality items...these things can be overlooked.

Very good, if not the best. I can't believe that this buffet has only bad reviews. I've gone there numerous times in the last 6 months with friends and relatives. They all commented that the food was great. Our dinner groups consisted of both asians and caucasians.

They have a very large selection: only buffet I've been to that offers kau-bi and whole pieces of unagi. They have many different selections of chicken, the most that I've ever had at any buffet. If you like crab, the quality and quantity of crab legs are better on the weekends. The sushi bar is quite extensive for a chinese buffet: several California-type rolls, raw tuna and salmon rolls, scrambled egg roll, etc. Again, the availability is much better on weekends.

Service was good and the waiters courteous. The used plates were removed from our table regularly and promptly. No problem with our drink refills. Our pots of tea was always refilled and kept hot.

I personally have not tried the stir fried wok cooking, but the raw vegetables look fresh and the meat looks good. There's always a line waiting to have their dish prepared.

The cook that prepared my lunch on the grill is terrible!!. The cook that prepared my food on the grill is a total jerrk!! Management must be not paying attention to the behavior of the employees. He burned my food and handed it to me laughing. Terrible place to eat. If you want to deal with egos and be treated badly this is the place to go.

Avoid This Restaurant, Lousy customer service and High prices. This is a Chinese Buffet Restaurant.

This place is a joke.

I told my girlfriend and my friend that we should go there because it was good and inexpensive. It wasnt bad tasting but it was very expensive. We expected to pay 7.99 for a lunch buffet and when we got the bill it was over 47.00 for the three of us who each had a buffet and an iced tea. The guy at the open grill or whatever that thing is was rude and made me feel like i was a hassle to him. so i didnt tip him. The customer at the next table to us was having an iced tea and buffet as well. My girlfriend noticed something moving around in in his tea, and asked the customer if he would check it out, and the customer pulled out a fortune cookie wrapper. He called the waiter over to show him and the waiter simply, and without apology told the man that it was no problem he would get him another. The man said dont run off until you have heard me out, "i dont want tea any more i would rather have a coke in a glass that does not have any trash in it". After a looking at our own teas we decided that we should get on with our day. The bill was over 47.00 and we thought it must have been a mistake, so at the register, my very capable and wonderful girlfriend read the marquis which stated the 7.99 price and inquired to the cashier why was our price so high, the cashier corrected her and asked her to continue reading the marquis all the way to the bottom and you will see, it is 12.99 per buffet the 7.99 does not include friday saturday or sunday.

Overall opinion here....

Not Worth the Hassle, Dont visit this restaurant they will not try to earn your business they simply want your money.

Rude and Overpriced. The cook that prepares food at the open grill during lunch is rude. If the place wanted to improve they should improve the attitude of the people interacting with the customers. He acts like the customer is an inconvienance. The food is not that good and when coupled with a rude preparer it a lowsy experience. The overall attitude of the place is a real downer.

Not so good food. I went to China King Super Buffet because I saw an ad saying, 'Professionally Trained Sushi Chef'. It is a chinese buffet, so I did not expect them to have top quality sushi, of course, but the sushi quality was worse than any other chinese buffet I have been before. On top of that, the chinese food was sort of luke-warm. There are far better chinese buffet in town than them.
