Great Buying Experience – Due to the rise in gas prices, I needed to trade my Nissan Titan for a car with better fuel economy. I really liked what Mazda had to offer and lucked out by choosing this dealership. Mike Pierce was so quick to get back via email or text message (which I greatly appreciated) and fully answered my questions. He also gave me a rough estimate for my trade in and it ended up being accurate.
I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Mazda!
Great Service, Did everything they could to help – My old Mazda was running low on life, i saw an add on KSL Cars for a 2011 Mazda3, next day it was mine, there was no hassle, no problems, Mike Pierce made sure everything was good to go, Mazda's are, in my opinion, the best daily driver car, if you need a mazda, this is the place to go.
Great! – I would defiantly do business and refer any friends/family to buy a car from Mike Pierce and D Dahle, Mazda. I wanted to buy a car quick and didn't have much time, so all my questions were answered through email or text. I always heard right back within a hour or so and never felt ignored. I loved the fact that I never felt pushed or pressured into buying being a single girl who came in on her own I never once felt like I was getting taken advantage of on price, etc. Thank you again Mike!
Very good – I been looking to trade in my 2006 Outback. After performing a through review of a number of cars I decided that the Mazda CX-5 was the right car. I contacted Mike Pierce at D Dahle. He worked hard on getting me financed and within my budget. When I came in he had everything lined up and they gave me what I wanted for my trade. I was expecting to neogotiate but the deal was fair. Mike is very professional and the Internet department is the way to go.

I bought my first car at D Dahle Mazda and it was nothing but spectacular. My parents were very nervous because they didn't want me to have a car payment. Mike Pierce was very understanding and let us shop around at other places before making our decision. He was always willing to help and answer our questions. He always made the time to talk to me and my parents. It took us about a week to make our final decision and he never once was pushy to make a decision. When we were shopping the Bountiful Mazda said they could beat the monthly payment of what D Dahle Mazda gave us. When I told Mike we found a better price he told me that I should buy the car there because that is an amazing price. Bountiful is there competitors but he still wanted the best for me. Though once we got to Bountiful which was a hour drive they were unable to match the price because it was the wrong car. Now that I have my car. I love it!!! Mike still makes it a priority to contact me to see how things are going. I feel confident that Mike would provide this service for anyone buying a new or used car. Thanks so much! You are awesome!
Well trained professional service – My buying experience of both both pre-owned and new cars at D Dahle Mazda has been nothing if not spectacular. They always made time to meet with me on my schedule and were Respectful and Caring to my needs as a first time user. Mike Pierce was well trained and Highly interested in making sure i new all that i could about the cars and the changes over the past few years before even test driving my first vehicle there.
The highly energetic and well trained professional service was well enjoyed and gratifying.

DO NOT BUY USED HERE – Maybe this dealership is ok if you are buying new. However if you buy used here, you apparently are a second class citizen. We bought our 2010 CX-9 here in 02/2012. Even though we bought our car used, we spent more money than alot of the new cars were going for. We ran into several problems throught the buying process. #1 They sent me home with a FILTHY car. I purchased the car after it was turned in from a lease. I bought it right before they closed at night. The next morning in the light of day, the car was so dirty we had to drive it back down from Layton to have it detailed.
#2 We dropped it off at the dealership for over 24 hours to have it detailed and to have the window chips fixed. Even with the car there all that time, they called us the following week stating that they never performed an emissions test on it. So we had to drive back down from Layton yet again. #3 Upon purchase of the vehicle, we were told we would be provided with two sets of keys. We received 1. Our salesman told us the lease manager had been given the second set, but they were misplaced. After a few weeks and several emails, we were told they didn't know where they were but we could pay $300 plus a $60 programming fee for a new key. They said they were not obligated to provide us with two since we bought used. Its ridiculous. I bought a $27,000 car and they can't bother to find out where the keys are. I can't say enough bad things about this dealership.

Don't Give Them Your Money – Never before have I been more verbally insulted when trying to give someone my money.
I believe that due to the large number of dealers in this state, if I can't get a competitive deal I will go elsewhere. My requests for a deal I considered fair were met with animosity, the salesman's responses laced with condescending remarks - "Do you own a dealership?", "You think you know how this goes?", "What, do you want the car for free?". After reportedly enraging the sales manager, they agreed to our deal. We go over to finance just to have a bait and switch played on us. At this point we decide to leave, but not without being insulted a few more times.
If you are set on a Mazda, go to Bountiful. The 5 minutes I have spent on the phone with them, as well as their online reviews, has me heading there.
Comfortable – My sales consultant was very knowledgeable and very friendly and professional. The appearance of the facility was well maintained and I felt right at home.
