Tips for Bull Shrimp Steak & Seafood

Great dining experience. My husband and I had a fabulous experience here. The food, wine list, and service were all exceptional. We dined on a Saturday night without a reservation and were seated promptly. Our server was prompt and knowledgeable. It didn't have the over-crowded feel that most fine restaurants on The Strip do, but still had all the ambience and food.

Good food!. We really liked Bullshrimp. The food was really good but a bit pricey. The wait staff was very helpful and ready to please. When we were there, part of the dining room was closed off and they were seating people very close together in the open part. Not sure why but I felt like I was eating with a group instead of just with my spouse. Worth a try if you're in the Green Valley Casino. It's probably one of the better places there!

Steak and seafood entrees co-exist in surf and turf harmony at Green Valley Ranch.. The Scene
Graceful decor meets quasi-hip, curvy, vibrantly painted ceiling work and curious lighting scheme, which succeeds thanks in part to comfortable table and banquet seating and accommodating service. The adjoining lounge can get crowded at happy hour and during the dinner rush, but fortunately the noise level is still manageable.

The Food
Restauranteur Gustav Mauler (Spiedini, Oxo and Sazio) delineates his menu with cutesy food phrases, but the cooking is strictly serious. Start "In the Raw," with a gargantuan fresh seafood platter. Pair it with the chopped salad, an artistic layered mound of romaine, bacon, corn and avocado, and that alone could make a nice light meal. Otherwise, try appropriately named "shrimply sensational" Asian stir fry, with peppery shrimp over a bed of crisp vegetables and tender linguini. Save room for the juicy-sweet chocolate raspberry cake, which mirrors the swirly overhead design.
