Horrible service – I've been to an all you can eat sushi place on Boulder HWY and loved it so i figured we could give this one a chance since we were in the parking lot at the time. We had no problems getting a table since we were the only ones there, when it was time to order most waitresses take your order from each person. Not here you get one sheet for each table, which is hard when there is 7 of you. So we ask for 3 separate sheets (since there we 3 parties of 2 and an oddball) the waitress had attitude and said NO the chef only wants one sheet for one table. So I had to write down everything everybody wanted and add it up so it was "easier" for the chef and apparently the waitress too. I ended up doing her job, I should have gotten our drinks too since thats all she did. When the sushi came out it was all on 3 plates (all 11+ rolls). Some where new rolls and they dont tell you what is what. So it was a guessing game. I know some sushi but not all. That was no fun. The eel was not fresh at all and the spicy tuna looked like it was blended and plopped on top. Not what I like to eat. And to top it all off we had a party of 6+ and an 18% gratuity was added to our check. That 18% should have gone to me since I did all her work for her. Was a waste of 200 Dollars and I will not be going back and I recommened not going at all if you havent already.

great tasting and affordable – ive read the other reviews. i always sit at the bar which ussually isnt that hard because it ussually isnt too busy. im a regular there and ive never had any problems with the service. the chefs are great they make the sushi very quickly and they all have great personalities. the sushi is pretty good and its all you can eat for around 25 bucks a person. the service could be better but the pros outweigh the cons.

Worst Customer service I have experienced. – From the beginning we waited and waited and then we waited some more. When the server actually got to my table to get my drink order, it was like "yeah what do you want" mentality. We waited and waited to get the food order in, but 20-30 minutes was too long for us.

I actually had to walk up to the server and give her my order, and some choice words about the horrible service. The other 1 of 2 servers quickly came over and said we should be patient, and realize that there was only 2 servers and started to argue with me.

This was a Friday night, why should people suffer because the "Manager/Owner" doesnt have the intelligence to staff more servers or realize that she needs to quit being so cheap and hire more people

I asked to get the name of the manager, and she said I am the manager and owner, and said if you dont like the service you can leave. So I paid for my beer, got my change, called her some more choice names, and left.

I really hope this helps prevent someone else from going there, because they have no idea of what it is to own/manage/serve customers.

Bad service – Terrible service.

My wife is not a fan of wasabi but the waitress could not seem to get the wasabi/no-wasabi part straight. I asked for two order sheets for me to separate the order and she became irritated. I finally gave up and said "OK, no wasabi on everything". She left without taking our complete order.

After 20 minutes and repeated servings to all of the Sushi bar patrons (many of whom arrived much after we did), we complained to the waitress. 35 min after we had ordered, we finally were served about ½ of our order.

At this point I told the waitress that I wanted my check immediately and for her to switch the order to a la carte. The manager was less than receptive to our complaint and only said that the Bar patrons get priority. I guess their money is worth more than mine.
