Dana Singleton ( Salesman ) gave me the best service I have ever received. He went out of way to please me and my family. Making sure I was completely happy and comfortable with the car I was getting without the feeling of being pressured into buying a car.

I had originally walked in with a terrible situation in my hands. My father and niece finance a car through another dealership. Long story short they got a really bad deal. I was willing to help them out, by trading in the car and taking on the negative equity. At the moment I was already looking into buying a car for my family. So I figure why not. Before I went to Galpin. I had gone to other dealerships. The service was terrible. All they were trying to do was sell me a car. They weren't willing to hear me out or answer any of my questions. Completely ignoring my purpose. However when I went to Galpin. It was a completely different experience. Dana was very attentive, answering all my questions and concerns. Giving me honest feedback. Offered any possible solutions he could think of. At the end of the day, no deal was able to be done. That's how bad of a deal my dad and niece got from the car they finance. But Dana did everything in his power to help us out. Even after that he kept in touch. Making sure everything was fine. I was so impress by his service that I decided to purchase my first car with Galpin. Dana made the whole process smooth and easy. Dana Singleton has made me a Galpin customer for life. I will be recommending everyone I know to Galpin. Thank you Dana for everything you have done for us.

Mike did a great job showing me options on hybrids and cars that really fit my need. He had a no pressure attitude and tried to understand my needs above his. Mike's attentiveness to detail and my character allowed him to make a recommendation that I probably am going to take him up on. The wife is always an issue, but when she meets Mike I am sure she will be rest assured. At the very least, thank you Mike for the great customer service.

just bought a ford edge there.the salesman robert byrnes was fabulous,true to his word,patient and very accommodating professional. i highly recommend him and the staff at galpin ford

I was surprised at the professionalism of the staff at this location. We were looking at the new Fusion and our salesman, Mike K, was very knowledgeable and courteous. He wasn't pushy and he answered all of our questions.

In the end, we were very satisfied with the information given and will revisit after getting our finances done. Very professional and top notch.

Definitely the best experience so far at a dealership!

I have now leased a Mazda and Ford from Galpin, and I have to say I couldn't be happier. Just leased a Ford Escape with Galpin this weekend after much debate on which car I wanted and after going to other cars and dealerships in the LA area. My salesman, Andrew Abarca, was absolutely incredible! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy in the slightest bit. It's hard to find an auto sales team that you feel like they are not only on your side but also looking out for your best interest and Andrew and Galpin delivered that ten-fold.

I have to admit, I like to shop around and Galpin was by far my favorite. After going to Star Mazda, Star Ford, Toyota Hollywood, the Toyota dealership downtown, Glendale Nissan, you name it: no one could come close to not only the service I got but the deal they worked out for me as well as the overall experience.

I can't imagine getting a car from anywhere but Galpin at this point, and I am going to be referring everyone to Andrew Abarca.

100% 5 stars for Galpin.

My wife Christina Sorgi and I put 15k down on a brand new 2013 loaded Explorer from Galpin and as it turns out- it is a lemon. Only no one is admitting it is a lemon. The car has serious transmission/ electrical defects and my wife has been put in danger with my 3 year old son in the car 3 times now. Ford Motor Company said it does not qualify to be a lemon for whatever reason- the only possible explanation for this is that Galpin cannot find the exact problem! They replaced a faulty valve body and said it should run like a champ only it didn't. We brought it in again and they said they can't duplicate the problem so they cannot work on it and sent us on our merry way. She brought it in again and they found another problem with the transmission/ electrical section but worded it in code on the paperwork as a 'customer concern' and it was corrected only it has NOT been corrected. We have brought it in over 5 times total with them mostly saying that because it is an intermittent problem ( not consistent ) without duplicating the problem on their 'extended road tests' they cannot work on the vehicle. Not only that, my wife was told over the fourth of July to not bring the car in again until she hears back from Ford Motor Company about the lemon law and she needs to quote "put some miles on it" and document when the transmission slips or transitions harshly. We have contacted an attorney who will not charge us and will bill the manufacturer/ dealer for all attorney fees if we win the case but I am currently waiting to see what Galpin Ford is going to say to my wife on Tuesday. The service manager told her he will review her case to see if he can do anything but that until they can duplicate the problem it basically is what it is. He said he 'believes her' but they cannot work on the vehicle so she has to just keep bringing it in when it acts up and hopefully eventually they will duplicate the problem. Meanwhile we are and have been paying over 500$ a month for a car we haven't even been driving. My wife hates driving her car in fear it will slip into neutral again and she'll be stuck in the road and get hit- possibly with my son and 12 year old daughter in the car. Not only has this tainted our trust in the company, but it has been such a horrible experience for us that we feel the need to take this to whatever level is next. These are not just cosmetic issues or satisfaction issues we are talking about. These are actual safety issues that are not being properly addressed or taken seriously. We will see what they say on Tuesday, but I won't be surprised if they tell us there is nothing they can do and just drive the car and say your prayers.

My salesman Michael Moses worked with me to get me in a new Ford Edge. This was the second car I bought from Michael and I expect to but my next one from him too. He is the best.

I recently purchased a Ford Edge and my salesman Michael Moses was terrific. He was not pushy and very knowledgeable. I will return to Galpin Ford and Michael Moses to get my next vehicle as this was the best sales experience I have ever had with a car.

My husband and I have purchased many cars over the years and up until now, we have always had a knot in our stomachs when approaching a dealership! This was not our experience at Galpin Ford! We were referred to Galpin through a good friend and were treated like VIP customers from the instant we began our buying process. Tim (sales manager), and Michael Moses, were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating through every step of the process. Our experience in the finance office was equally as pleasing, and rather than just "match" the terms that our credit union was offering, they offered us an even better rate! We felt honored, respected and valued - and these aren't typically words we use to describe our car buying experiences! I am over the moon about my new car - and am certainly going to recommend Galpin, Tim, and Michael Moses to all of our friends and associates!
