Sharon and her team always fill my gift orders with the most wonderful arrangements, plants or gift items no matter where I send them. I can't ask for a better partner in making my gift giving simple and seamless......BRAVO SIMPLY FLOWERS!!! YOU ROCK!

Hi. I'm Sharon Psenak, the owner of Simply Flowers and would like to take the opportunity to address the negative review left by Anne Peacock. It is true that I do not have a shop in Port Angeles and Sequim, only in Sequim. The reason I use 2 addresses is due to the fact that I used to have a shop in Port Angeles and when I relocated to Sequim, I did not want to lose any of my customers. I still do service both the Port Angeles and Sequim areas as well as Forks, Neah Bay and further distances. I hand deliver all of my orders unless there is an especially busy holiday such as Mother's day or Valentine's day, when I hire an additional driver. My business is very personal and my customers recieve extra special attention as I am mainly a one man show. When a customer calls me and asks me where my shop is located, I explain that the address indicated is only a mailing address but that I do service both areas. I have never had a customer refuse my service due to this situation. In fact, the comment is usually, "oh, great. Well this is what I would like to order....." Please call me and let me have the opportunity to fulfill your floral needs! I would love to work with you and give you the personal service my shop is all about. I have many satisfied customers of which I not only call customers, but friends. I have grown slowly over the 3 years I have owned the shop, but that's the best way to build a business. Do not hesitate to contact me regarding this situation. I am more than happy to discuss it with you. My intention is not to be deceitful. It is only to fulfill orders to customers that would like to use a florist with quality customer service and product.
