I have been going to studio gaven for 3 years now. I recently found out they opened at second location called The Studio, when my stylist was out of town and they booked me down there with Lauren. I completely loved the experience. Lauren was amazing and i felt very comfortable there. My hair looked amazing and best of all i saved money! I loved it so much Lauren now cuts my husbands hair and my two son. Thanks Studio Gaven for the reasonably priced location that doesn't jeopardize the service that you guys have become known for.
Crystal is GREAT! – I was dismayed to read the very hurtful words posted about Crystal. Our family of five have been her clients for years. Crystal is professional, accommodating and very talented. She listens, she is very patient and she truly cares about her client.
To make a personal egregious statement about an individual is heinous, but to publicly defame someone in an attempt to damage a professional reputation has a slanderous leaning..
So I end on this note. I am not Crystal's Mother, I am not Crystal's boss, but am I Crystal's lawyer? You can never be sure who is cloaked behind the anonymity of the Internet.
Crystal is a great. Don't allow one angry, vengeful person scare you away from this very lovely stylist.
Awesome! – Best hair cut EVER! Ask for Josh. He did exactly what I asked him to and knew the "vision" I wanted. He also gave me a lot of good tips. I even made an apt for highlights next week! Thank God I don't have to jump salons anymore!!
Mom always said: Make your own opnion! 2 sides to ALL! – Hi. Thks for reading. As leader for my 2 salons, I stand behind each and every service provider. Doing hair myself with clients for over 15 years, I have pleased many women, and I am sure there are some I didn't. I have learned and it is a fact that 87% of what we/I do is personality, and rest is hands on. Like my Mom always said, I have to make my own assumption and trust. There are wonderful posts on here from clients, and some not as positive. On the other side, some stylists in my business have been asked to leave due to many reasons. And will make odd posts on here. Mainly a lack of character, and not taking required Education for growth. As well, we spend money giving back to our guests, not paying a lot of money to this site to be able to delete those posts, a few of them however made by a very sad individual one of my TOP stylist dated briefly. Not Impressed with The Studio! – I have been going to studio Gaven for well over a year now and was surprised to find that he had "split off" part of his staff to a new location where Dolce Salon was formerly housed. The new place is called The Studio. Of course my stylist was moved to The Studio so I went because I love the way Ashley does my hair! But I hated The Studio. I think it is billed as a lower priced Salon hoping to get clients from Regis and places like that. Good luck with that because you MIGHT get a few Regis customrs but you are probably going to lose your Studio Gaven faithful! The Studio is so small and cramped that you are almost sitting on top of the stylist next to you! It is also very loud. You can hear every word that is said, every consultation,every phone call. While this salon is billed as a lower priced salon than Studio Gaven that was not reflected in the price I paid!! I got the exact same servces that I have always gotten at Studio Gaven and my bill was $10 more! I am very disappointed in this change and am hoping that Gaven sees the err in his ways and moves them back to Studio Gaven. Or just move Ashley back to Studio Gaven! The Studio to me is more like Great Clips! Not at all what I expect from something Studio Gaven would EVER do!! Just a very upset, disappointed, and LOYAL Studio Gaven customer!!
Great color! – I am very pleased with my experience at Studio Gaven and with stylist, Amy James. She listened to what I wanted and gave me the color I love! The color is rich with light streaks. She did an excellent job and I will definitely be going back!
Love my stylist! – I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the services I receive from Studio Gaven. Sepcifically, Josh Richardson, my stylist. Josh has been doing my hair for close to a year now and I couldn't be happier. I've never had such beautiful color and Josh created a cut just for me. It's the best cut I've ever had. He is truly and asset to this salon!
Had a bad experience with Crystal also – I was new to Brentwood in February. I gave Studio Gaven a try. I was placed with Crystal was told she could cut my hair the way I wanted. It seemed like the entire time I was telling her what I wanted she was not paying attention to me. My cut turned out horrible. I mentioned to a friend at work about my dislike of Studio Gaven, DUE TO THE BAD EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH CRYSTAL. My friend told me about Bethany and I decided to go back and give her a try. BETHANY IS THE BEST. She is amazing at what she does. 2 thumbs up for her. I will continue to go to studio gaven thanks to Bethany.
Poor customer service from stylist crystal – I went to studio gaven for the 1st time 2 friday's ago and my stylist crystal was very rude to me. She would not listen to what I wanted done. I would rather go to supercuts than have a bitchy stylist.
I found Eric Wright! hairdresser extaordanaire!!!! – Erik Wright former clients! I found him at Rodney Mitchell Salon !
