Not what I expected – After spending close to $1000, I was very disappointed in the results. My wedding picture and flowers looked liked something that belonged in a funeral. I was not happy. I live in Texas so that made it even harder for me to contact them and keep up with the progress. Very disappointed and a waste of money.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - SCAM! – I was married in Las Vegas in May of 2008. I contracted Memories Kept to pick up my wedding bouquet and preserve it. I was told it would be 8-18 weeks to receive the finished product. It has now been 27 weeks and I do not have my flowers. The company website is no longer available. The company phone number has been disconnected. The owner's cell phone number is no longer in service. I will be contacting my credit card company to see if I can have the charges reversed. I might get my money back - maybe - but I have been cheated out of my beautiful flowers and a wonderful memory has been tainted. I certainly hope that they are permanently out of business and are not operating under another name. Please beware that they are also registered under another similar domain name with the same phone number. I do not know if this is the same company but all the contact information is the same.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Your memories, your money .... GONE – My wedding was 6-23-07. They picked up my bouquet from my wedding location in conjunction with my wedding planner who had done business with them in the past and highly recommended them.
In July of 07, I chose my lantern.
In September, I emailed to find out the final balance.
In October, I paid the entire balance; the order was paid in full.
In December, I inquired about completion. I was told it would be completed within 8-10 weeks; 18 at most.
In March of 2008, I emailed our new home address to them and inquired about completion. No one responded.
In April, I sent a message on MySpace to touch based and did not receive a response.
In May, I phoned and was told the frame was backordered and that it was unknown when my bouquet would be finished.
In June, I emailed and left a voicemail. No response.
In early July, I spoke with a gentleman who said my invoice was "on Preston's desk" and he knows he's been working on it--and to call during the hours of 11 and 3.
In late July, I left phone messages twice (during the business hours posted on their web site and during the hours in which I was told to call) and even went by the Highland location on a Saturday at 2:00 p.m. (The site says they're open until 2:30 on Saturdays, but no one was there.)
I went by the following day and Preston was there. He said they were getting a new designer and that the shop is there, they're open, the phone company turned off their phone, but it would be back up and running (it was that day). He assured me that my bouquet was there, but could not show it to me because he was on the phone with the phone company. He said they'd be letting me know soon about when I could pick it up.
9-21: Called about it AND emailed about it. Left message. No response.
I want my wedding bouquet back!!! Preston, the owner, assured me he had it still in August of 2008 and that he was way behind schedule because he was just hiring a new designer. Now when I call, their number is disconnected.
Preston & Memories Kept are the DEVIL!! – Memories Kept implies that this company will help you preserve your memories. In fact, they destroy them. I was married in January 2008 and paid for my dress and bouquet to be preserved. They made sure they received their payments and then completely disappeared. I doubt I can warn anyone at this point because we have already all been screwed. I am out $756.61 in payments to them. They also have my dress which was $800. I fear I will never see the dress or bouquet again. I have attempted contact on MYSPACE, as their website mentions. I have called the cellular number to Preston, who is no businessman, certainly not a gentleman and hardly a human being in my book. Their earthlink site is no longer in existence and their mailbox on their local number is full. I have tried to play "nice nice" on my messages with Preston just so I can get my dress back. I call almost everyday. I have begun disputing my credit cards, but it is way past the 60 day limit. So far they are being understanding & I might get reimbursed. Still, where is my dress? I have called two dress preservation companies that he used before. They have no record of ever doing my dress & they say that all dresses have been shipped back to him. Is he selling our dresses? Why won't he call us back? Why won't he just ship us our items so we can have our memories? Did he ever preserve my bouquet? Is it in the garbage? Next stop is Small Claims Court. Shame on this company for preying on couple's during the happiest time of their life. In the grand scheme of things is my dress & bouquet being gone the worst thing that could happen to me? No. But should I receive the service that I paid for? Absolutely. Thanks a lot "MEMORIES INEPT". Hey Preston you aren't supposed to KEEP our MEMORIES, you are supposed to give them back!!!!!!
Avoid these frauds!!! – i got married january of 2007. I wanted to do something different and memorable so I had memories kept preserve my flowers. At first everything was good. They picked my flowers from my reception like they said they would. There was only communication when there was a balance due. As soon as i finished paying in full I could never get a hold of them. This is very sad for me cause out of all the preservation companies i chose, and trusted them. Now I have no flower and lost my $550.00. Well I just found out that they are out of bussiness and phones are disconnected. But with a little investigating i have one of the owners cell phone numbers 702-273-8503 his name is preston. So for anyone else out there going through this with this company. here you go!!
Sad, disappointed, bad memory – I was married in '07 and the wedding chapel that I got married at recommended what I thought was a wonderful service to preserve my Bouquet and Buckner for my special day. It's been a year and 2 months and I am still waiting to receive what I paid $500+ for. I have made many phone calls in attempt to receive my final product but have not gotten a phone call back or email. Now their number is out of service and their shop is locked. I really regret trusting this company with my special memory. Sad and disappointed does not cover it.
