Great location and a concierge service to die for, The West Michigan Avenue is the consummate 4 star hotel. Modern amenities and beautiful rooms. Best yet, it's a Green Sealed Certified hotel, which means management is sensitive to the environment.
Great Location and Great Nights Sleep – The Westin on Michigan Ave. is steps from amazing shopping, resteraunts, and Chicago tourist attractions. Their "Heavenly Beds" will make you never want to sleep at home again!
Great location! – This is a beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and wonderful lake views (facing north). Great service and the heavenly beds are amazing! Will stay here again.
not a 4 star in my opinion – room not ready at 3:30 check in . They gave us a key we went there only to be told to wait downstairs until its ready. We quickly went downstairs and said to change our room. That room had an awful view with the fans from the restaurant right beside us. NO Way. So they gave us another and said the manager would contact us. They didnt. We had no idea how the place ran. We had to ask for everything including more towels. They lost me there. 2 towels for 2 people at a 4 star? tub was small. Regular tub called a heavenly tub? whats up with that? than the showerhead was broken and could nt get help. The room smelled of smoke and they were to bring us an ozone cleaner of some sort. They didnt. Oh well need I say more?
Distinctive digs with modern amenities and beds so heavenly they're hard to roll out of. – In Short
With programs designed for both business travelers and families, this property takes service seriously. Business travelers can take advantage of guest office rooms stocked with phone, fax and printer. For families, a kids' club provides coloring books, bath toys and a phone line dedicated to bedtime stories. All visitors are treated to signature Heavenly Beds with pillow-top mattresses, cushy down blankets and crisp white sheets ranging in thread count from 180 to 250.
Great Location – Well This was a great hotel. The location was the the best part. It was right next to everything. However, the beds were nice but I didnt think they were anything worth getting excited for. It was stiff and the only good things were the pillows being a little more fluffy. Still a great hotel and good rates on expedia.com. I think we paid around 130$ or less. Well worth it
