Want to feel worthless if you don't spend tons of money on products after spending nearly $200 on services? How about being felt up during the massage? Or being offered services DURING YOUR FACIAL with no explanation of any upcharges. Because that's how this business is run! My fiancée came home in tears after using the gift certificate I gave her for her birthday. Let me start off by saying that neither of us are new to massages and we are very familiar with how they normally are carried out. Up until she was led into the massage room and left to get under the covers everything went fine. Massage started face down and went normal till she said the masseuse brushed against her underwear several times (totally unnecessary) and folded the sheet INTO her underwear, snapping the band to hold it in place! She then proceeded to massage her back and went TOO low (below the underwear line). When she flipped over for the second half she said it was normal but til the masseuse went to move her leg out from under the sheet. Normally it's gently folded over your leg to do your thigh and she just flipped the sheet open completely exposing her underwear to her. She kept going into 'tickle areas' such as the underarm area and she felt as if it was way too close to her breasts. When it came time for the facial she had her stay in the massage room instead of switching rooms to save time, naked except for her underwear under a sheet, and proceeded to do the facial right then with only her HEAD propped up on the massage table! Very uncomfortable when you have a full mask and humidifier on your face. She felt the sheet falling and couldn't fix it as she was under a mask and had mitts on her hands so at some point the masseuse threw a cloth over her chest. She had the EXACT feeling she's always been worried about if she was to see a MALE masseuse! It was so bad she honestly assumes the girl was trying to cop a feel or a peek. Either that or she needs WAY needs more training (probably time for a job switch). For whatever reason it may have been you should NEVER leave any paid service feeling violated and upset! When it came time for the bill they informed her they were having some 40% off sale on facials so the gift certificate for the facial wasn't valid! They THEN handed her a gift card back with the remainder and told her it was only valid on services; not product, which she refused. I paid CASH for that gift card and far as the law is concerned it's good on ANYTHING they sell. In the end she bought some facial cream as they told her that 'her skin was so dry she must not drink water', had to pay almost $50 (STILL tipped $20 as she felt so embarrassed) all she got was a credit card slip... no receipt, no itemized list, nothing. Typical (assuming) commission treatment. Everyone else was friendly up front but that's moot at this point. Not only will we never return to ANY Elizabeth Grady Salon but we are also sending a letter directly to corporate. I've never seen her this upset about the way she was treated ANYWHERE. Absolutely 100% unprofessional and rude!

great service – The staff is very knowledgable and give great facials. I have been going for years, and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great facial.

Very basic, no frills, overpriced for what I received – Not very warm and welcoming, I had a basic massage, noise in the hallways, staff not that personable
