Charbroiled meats and fresh salsas add authentic spice to this Mexicali fast-food chain.. In Short
High tables and a busy open kitchen welcome diners into the spacious, brightly lit black-and-white interior. Just minutes after cashiers take customer orders, fresh-made tacos, burritos and enchiladas (stuffed with steak, chicken or seafood) arrive on the nearby counter. The menu also offers several plates of greens, from typical taco salad to fancier bowls with shrimp or mahi mahi. A stainless-steel bar offers several salsas, plus jalapenos, limes and cilantro for seasoning.

Best Chips & Salsa Anywhere. This restaurant is not only convenient, but the food is absolutely terrific! Everything served at Baja Fresh is made to order and fresh, of course. My favorite is the 'Burrito Ultimo' served enchilada style. I eat lunch here a couple of times a week and I never get tired of it. Customer service is fantastic too.
