HORRIBLE! – I bought my Jeep Compass there to only have to get an oil change and new filter 2 weeks later. After further investigation, nothing had been inspected before I bought the vehicle. I left a number of messages with people to call me back. I wrote emails to no avail. I will NEVER recommend this dealership!
Thanks for the excellent service – I traded in my superduty and downsized to a focus. I met Bill Miller, my salesman and explained to him what i was looking to do. He took his time showing me the different options and the benefits of the ford focus. We test drove and went over all of the options. He was patient and polite the whole time. The deal was simple and easy including what i got for my trade which actually was more than i expected. Bill has taken the time to call me and make sure i was happy with my purchse. Go to Finishline Ford and get a GREAT DEAL from a GREAT GUY.
Not a typical dealership!!! – I had been looking for an affordable F150 crew cab for about 3 weeks before I found one online at Finish Line Ford. The truck has every option that I wanted and a few more for less than I was willing to pay. After making a quick call to see if the truck was available I was directed to a new salesperson named Andrew. He explained to me that he had just started in the business and wanted to double check to make sure the truck was physically on their lot. After about 10 minutes I got a return call saying he did still have the truck and if I could make an appointment to come test drive it. I set an appointment for the next day and asked if there was any way that he could hold the truck for me. it was great. I put a small deposit on my credit card and the truck was held for 24 hrs. I showed up the next morning, test drove, fell in love with it and bought it on the spot. the whole process only took a matter of about an hour and I was on my way home with MY new truck. To all the great people that I met and dealt with at Finish Line. Thank You!!!
i was looking for a used Dodge Dakota found several at Finish Line Ford on the internet, hooked up with a salesman so after several e mails i drove 225 miles to look at the dakota.
Took short test drive, like the the vehicle, but could not really get down to inspect it the way i wanted to. The fact that it was only 2 years old and still under factory warranty i purchased the vehicle.
AFTER GETTING IT HOME I NOTICED IT HAD A LOT OF HIDDEN RUST.
I called back to Finish Line Ford, told them the vehicle was not up to part, offer to return it and purchase on that was more expensive. No reply no return call no nothing.
OLD STORY BUYER BEWARE
No negative news from me!!!! – I had been seraching online for a vehicle to buy for over a month and kept coming across Finish Line Ford. They had the best prices by far. I found a Ford Edge that I loved, called them up, and the staff was very friendly and gave me the information I needed to make the best decision for myself. I made the 4 hour trip to look at the 2007 Edge in person and loved it. It was exactly as described on the internet! My salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not pressure me! I love my Edge & I will continue to do business with Finish Line Ford !
A mixed bag – After experiencing a problem with being misinformed by the business dept. personnel as to the procedure for filing for out of state licensing (and the excessive fee involved), I attempted to get answers to my questions regarding state sales tax and was met by the business mgrs. being not only less than helpful, but outright discourteous, arrogantly defensive and bordering on offensive! My problem (after a week of attempts initiated by myself, personnel from the Credit Union which holds the lien and the licensing agent from the MO. Dept. of Rev.) was finally resolved by the intervention of the companies licensing clerk with the upper management. All in all, it was not a pleasant interaction. I will not return, nor will I recommend this dealership to others.
Bad Experience – I had a bad experience there. Sales people were disorganized or could not be trusted. I found I could not believe what they told me. It sounded like a good deal, but it turned out to be a bummer.
They cheated me – I bought pre-owened car from them. After few months I found that the spare tire is in-correct. When I called them Rob from sales told that they are not responsible for it. He says, if it is for new car I can help, otherwise not.
