WORST PLACE!!! I would not recommend this place at all.

*************** BE AWARE****************

First, I spoke to Patrick and he was my "salesman", I purchased a 2,000 dollar bedroom set beautiful red cherry bedroom set,and the sale was final,Patrick told me to call him, 3 days before my delivery day, and I said O.K. But wait! Before I left the store Patrick made sure that he got the "sale" and drew up my financial papers and handed me the ink pen, O.k no problem I did it because I wanted the bedroom set.

Now it is 3 days before they deliver my bedroom set, I spoke with Patrick and he confirmed it and said it will be delivered between 3p.m. and 9p.m., and congrats me.( NOTE: I am 5.5 miles from exclusive furniture).

So my delivery day is here I am excited, so by 5:30p.m. I haven't heard anything so I said I will call just to see approx. time. Patrick was off, and I spoke with the lady in financial, and she told me "sorry ma'am we do not have you down for a delivery day"?

By now I am boiling and ask to speak to the manager who was "JOHNATHON" I just didn't think matter could get worst speaking with a "Manager", well it did! and he told me I was not down for delivery and I had to give him a call the next day, so we can fit me in, and work around my work schedule. Johnathon gave me his cell number.

I called Johnathon the Manager the next day @ 1p.m. to get my bedroom set deliver, Johnathon said " I don't have a delivery time, but the "driver" will call you".

Once again boiling because I have other things to do and this was unplanned. So by 5:00p.m. I called Johnathon on his cell and he picked up and hung back up, I called 2nd time went to voice mail and he didn't answered nor return my call, I had to talk to the financial lady AGAIN and she said I have to wait between 3p.m. to 9:00p.m. which Johathon told her because she said " You called at 1p.m. I will never do business with them, Please do not waste your time here.

These people are horrible. I have never dealt with such horrible people in my life. I will never tell anyone to go to this place. They will try to take all the money you have and will give you furniture that falls apart and then turn around and tell you that you are lying about the furniture falling apart. The customer service is horrible like everyone else there. They will not try to resolve any issues for you, instead they tell you to pay more money for something else. I've talked to so many different people that about the issues and they have not once try to resolve the issue and instead they make up a lie about them resolving the issue and give you the run around. Just like everyone else my furniture is broke and I kept telling myself, I don't know how this place stays in business and its because they just rip people off. They say where low prices live?? That's not true at all. This place is a rip off. If you go to Ashley Furniture they have way cheaper sets.

Please save your time and go to a different place with better furniture that won't break on you.

Exclusive Furniture is by far the WORST experience in customer service I have ever dealt with. Once they have your money they no longer care about you or your satisfaction with the product THEY are selling. We have also learned that Exclusive offers cash rewards for positive reviews after purchases, so do not believe anything positive about this shady store.

We purchased a bedroom set two weeks ago in preparation for family we had coming into town, and the quality of the furniture, particularly the bed, was so horrendous that they were forced to stay at a hotel. After we assembled the bed, we noticed that it was extremely un-sturdy and "wobbly." We then returned to Exclusive Furniture to explain the defect and request that they replace the bed. Both the manager and the sales associate ask me, "well do you have it up against the wall? And a bed of that size is always going to wobble." Ummm... well if I purchase a "quality" bedroom set, it shouldn't matter where I choose to put it! I should be able to place it in the middle of my kitchen and it not wobble. But since the bed was located near the wall had we kept the bed, sheet rock work would have been required very soon! Two guys arrived the next day, which is the one shining part about our experience, to replace or fix our purchase. They attempted to assemble the bed several times as we did, until they came to the same conclusion that it was a manufacturers defect. So now we are back in Exclusive Furniture for the third time in four days still willing to spend our money there and give them the benefit of the doubt. We decide to upgrade to a new bedroom set since the design for a king sized bed in the style we purchased is a no go. The manager on duty, Hector, agrees to upgrade us to a different style for an extra $350 after we have already spent $1250 on the first set. Ok, seems fair. Lets do it and be done with this annoying situation. Wrong... He comes back and asks did we receive our "Free TV" with your first purchase. We respond yes, being that the first bedroom set came with a "Free 32' TV." He then proceeds to tell us that changes the upgrade price from $350 - $550. Mind you, the set we were attempting to upgrade to also came with a "Free TV." So, my question was then why would a "Free TV" raise the price of our upgrade? The manager somewhat dodges my question with the same statement that the TV would have to raise the price of the upgrade from $350 - $550. Well this to me means that the TV was never a "Free TV" and was rather just built into the price of the set to begin with. After we give up and say fine you can have the TV back, we were forced to wait for hours for approval from the Sales Manager above him. We were finally able to get in contact with him hours later to which he tells us that he would also have to take one of our nightstands. At this point I am so done with this situation and the absolute crap that this furniture store clearly is more than happy to sell, that we tell the Sales Manager that we will box everything up and bring it back to them if they would refund our cash! Well, Exclusive Furniture's main policy besides screwing anyone who walks through the door, is absolutely no refunds! It has been a week and a half that we have been calling and calling, and waiting to hear from someone that could potentially help us solve this situation but no such luck. We have been back several times in an attempt to speak with the manager/owner and after nearly an hour on our most recent visit, they tell us he is "away at lunch." I no longer want to upgrade to a different set, I just want my money back so I may spend my money at a store that hopefully cares about the quality of their product and the customers purchasing it.

Got an AD in the mail went in to get a dinning table and I must say as soon as we walked in we received great customer service! We love our new dinning table highly recommend this place!

I purchased a bedroom set 2 weeks ago and the toxic off-gassing odor is unbearable and fills my house. It makes me sick. I'm pregnant and I'm afraid what the fumes are doing to me and my unborn child. I wanted to return it because I can't live with it or use it. I explained to Exclusive the problem and my situation in regards to being pregnant. Exclusive would not take it back. They said they'd send someone out to make a determination to see if they will allow me an exchange. They never did. I don't want a different set with the same problem, just a return/refund. I don't want to exchange for the same problem. So now I'm stuck with this. So be aware of what you purchase. I never thought I'd pay someone $1000 to make myself sick.

wow,such a wonderful place to buy a furniture,excellent customer service,excellent furniture,and more over affordable,and if a person does not even have a budget they can even help you out with the finance.lots of option to decorate anyone home with beautiful furniture.i am glad that i have visited this place,because i am very choosy but when i went in here i was very comfortable with every thing out there.

I strongly Recommend Exclusive Furniture's. I purchased a King Size mattress and a Bed from Exclusive Furniture's. Their service was excellent. They are prompt on their service. The delivery people were so patient and calm. I had to repair the foot board of the bed. The delivery people came in immediately and replaced the entire things for me. That was just amazing. I really appreciate your service. Their prices are very reasonable. I moved around a lot of stores while i purchased my furniture but theirs are the best quality and most effortable prices.
