dont' judge a book by its cover – I am only 32 yrs old, and a rolex collector. I went into Ben Bridge about 6yrs ago to buy a Rolex because I didn't want to give TOURNEAU the business since they have bad customer service after the buy. Since I look so young and wear a t-shirt, jean, and tennis shoe they didn't pay attention to me. There was a older couple sitting there looking a very nice size diamond thru the microscope. So I was being nosey and started to get closer to see the diamond but keeping at least a 3 feet distance from the couple. The gentlement behide the counter call security on me and the intercom came on, which was 1 of the biggest insult to me. I was really sad after that and disappointed, but i wanted a new rolex. So after that i left the store and went across the street to Thomas Markle and bought me a stainless steel diamond dial Rolex. They treat every customer like a value customer no matter how they look. And the best things about this whole experience was last yrs. Mr. Markle gave me the chance to buy a stainless steel DAYTONA, the hardest rolex to get. I have buy over 10 rolex from THOMAS MARKLE, and many other jewerly and they provide service after the service. The same thing happen to me at ADVANTAGE BMW, and I left and went to BMW OF HOUSTON NORTH and purchase a car that same day. The moral of the story is, you don't have to be older and in a suit or tie to own the finer things in life. BEN BRIDGE is just a nice jewerly store that will sell you a watch, they won't even polish your watch for free if there is a scatch and care less bout you after the purchase. I believe we should all support the smaller business and the underdog.

You have got to be kidding me!! – Unbelievable! This is the only word that comes to mind. but to my dismay, here is where perceived good intentions (or overzealous salesperson) can go horribly wrong
To surprise my wife, I wanted to buy her a Rolex to match the one I currently own. It is our 6 year anniversary and I had planed to surprise her with a gift. On 5/4/2007 I stopped by Ben Bridge in Memorial City Mall where sales person Sharon Kirk assisted. She found the watch I was looking for and went as far as order it for me from your California store. When ordering the watch via telephone, she took my information for billing purposes (5/7/2007), as I was reluctant to give her my home phone; she said it was necessary for billing purpose and I again re-iterated that this is a surprise. So I placed a minimum payment nonetheless and again was very specific on mentioning that this was a surprise and to contact me on my cell, so that I can keep it a surprise. At that time she told me that the watch would arrive on Friday
Finally my watch arrives and Sharon calls me Friday afternoon, after calling my cell, which I was unable to answer. What does Sharon do? She calls my house and speaks with my wife. Saying this is Sharon from Ben Bridge asking for me. This is after she left a message stating that the watch has arrived and her work schedule so I can make sure that she?s there to purchase the watch
Unbelievable!!! WHY!! Now my wife knows and all the planning and preparations is for nothing. I was not mad.I was IRATE! Dumbfounded by the ineptitude of a single person! web site states ?Since 1912 our customers have come to know and trust us for impeccable service and meticulous attention to detail?
Are you kidding me! Meticulous attention to detail?I know Sharon?s intention was not malicious, but just shortsighted, because she wanted to ?close the deal?
As for my anniversary ? my intentions is to still purchase the watch. why should my wife have to be disappointed becuase of an overzealous sales person
