THE WORST F***ING PLACE EVER! – THIS PLACE IS THE DEVIL. ALL THESE PPL DO IS LIE AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. MY HUSBAND,SIS IN LAW, BRO IN LAW, AND MYSELF BOUGHT A CAR FRM THEM ALL AROUND THE SAME TIME BC IT SO EASY TO GET IN THE CAR THEY GIVE U. THEY SAY U DONT HAVE TO PUT ANYTHING DWN OR NO MORE THAN 500 BT WHEN U GET THERE THEY WANT MORE MONEY. I ONLY HAD MY CAR FOR THREE WEEKS NOW AND IT HAS ALREADY BEEN SENT BACK TWICE. THEY ARE SELLING LEMONS AND I WILL BE REPORTING THEY ASS FOR THIS. ALL OF OUR CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS ARE ON ITS JUS A MESS! TRUST ME YOU DONT WANT TO GO TO THIS PIECE OF SHYT PLACE. I WILL DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO BRING THIS PLACE DWN!

HORRIBLE PLACE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE – I called this place and spoke with a yound lady and asked her was a certain vehicle they had published on their site available and was advised that "yes" it was still available. She told me to ask for her upon arrival and she would be the person I would be working with. I told the salesperson that I would be taking off work early to come and view the vehicle and "EVEN" called prior to leaving work to advise her I was on the way. Needless to say, I drive 45 minutes to get to the dealership only to be advised by one of the other salesman that the car had been sold?? I asked to speak to Natalie the girl that I had already been speaking with and they advised me she was not available. EVERYBODY over there is a SCAM artist, they get you there only to let you down. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! please, take the advise of me and the others....HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!!

Horrible – 0 stars.. Went there told me a certain amount for the down payment. Let me keep the car for two weeks. Went in to pay the rest of my down payment. Told me they wanted 500 more than what we agreed on. I simply told them no I want my money back. They told me I have to wait until Friday, but give them the car now. I told that I just wouldn't do that. They claimed they needed to get my file I simply told them I wont wait. When they get my money they will get the car back. The middle easter guy in the back threated to call the cops. So made it easier on him and called them my self.. Cop told me nothing they can do its civil. Sent me to the constable office. And yes I still have the car. Just so you other people know ...dont goto the BBB with complaints. If you want to get something done file a complaint with the attorny general. This can be done online. BBB wont dont any thing. The OAG can pursue criminal charges and shut a business down.**EDIT Also filed a complaint with Suzuki*

liars, scam artist, all around horrible people – i went to this dealership to try to get a car. the salesman i spoke with on the phone all of a sudden could not be located once i got down there. so the new salesman i was working with had no idea what he was talking about. everything we asked him he had to ask again to the guy in the finance department. after spending over half a day down there i was finally "approved" for a new car. i went there on a saturday and they said it would take until monday to get all of the final paperwork completed from the bank. so they had me add the car to my insurance at the dealership, sign some paperwork, and put in the paper tags on my car and congratulate me on my new purchase. but not before they got my $1500.00 down payment. i was told by the "head of the finance department" to return on monday to sign my final paperwork. on monday i return to the dealership only for them to tell me it wasn't ready yet they would give me a call when it was. four days go by before i got a call back before they call me to come back. i get there and a new finance guy comes out and tells me that they need another $1500 down on the car. i explain that that was not the agreement that we had on the previous saturday. this man was so rude and so much of an ass. i asked to speak with the head of the finance department and all of a sudden he doesn't work there and more. i was treated so rudely by everyone there from mangement to the lady at the front desk. needless to say i had to call the police in order the get my orginal deposit back from them. this place need to be shut down and the people that work there should not be aloud to have contact with the general public. i am definitly reporting them to the BBB. do yourself a favor and stay far far far away from this place.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!! – I TOOK MY CAR TO R&M ON 1/10/11 TO GET IT WORKED ON. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON AND MISSING A LITTLE WHEN IT SWITCHED TO SECOND GEAR! SO I TOOK IT TO THEM AND WANTED THE 60,000 MILE TUNE UP ON IT. I TOOK IT IN AT 9AM AND WROTE DOWN WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, AND WHAT I WANTED. MIKE BEST WAS VERY RUDE, AND NOT POLITE WHAT SO EVER. HE TOOK MY KEY AND SAID HE WOULD DO THE TESTS FOR THE PROBLEM AND CELL ME WHEN HE WAS DONE. SO I WAITED ALL DAY, NO RESPONSE, AND HALF 1/11/11 OF THE NEXT DAY, STILL NO RESPONSE. SO I CALLED AND HE TOLD ME ALL THE TEST RAN FINE, HE WAS LIKE "OH YA, YOUR CAR IS READY". SO MY MOM AND I WENT UP THERE TO PAY FOR THE TUNE UP $645 AND GOT MY CAR! EXACTLY A WEEK LATER LATER, MY CAR STARTED ACTING WAY WORSE FROM WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN. I TOOK MY CAR BACK UP THERE AND TOLD HIM WHAT WAS HAPPENING, HE TOOK MY KEY DROVE IT, AND KEPT GOING IN AND OUT, NOT SAYING A WORD TO US. SO FINALLY MY MOM ASKED, WHAT WAS GOING ON, HE TOLD HER, HE WAS CHECKING WHAT THE COMPUTER TOLD HIM.. HE GOT ALL DONE AND HE SAID EVERYTHING IS OK. EVERY THING IS NOT OK! ITS STILL ACTING WORSE, AND NOW THERE IS A LEAK ON THE FRONT LEFT SIDE OF MY ENGINE! MY CAR HAD A MINOR PROBLEM BEFORE I TOOK IT IN, AND NOW ITS ALL MESSED UP..!!! MY SON AND I AND A FRIEND WAS OUT DOING ERRANDS 1/18/11 AND MY CAR STARTED DOIN THE SAME STUFF, WE WERE STUCK ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, UNTIL IT FINALLY WANTED TO WORK ENOUGH TO GET US HOME RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER. FROM THE TIME IT QUIT, I WAS ON THE PHONE TO THE DEALERSHIP, AND I WANTED TO SPEAK TO THE G.M. BUT THEY KEPT GIVING ME TO PEOPLE THAT WAS NOT HER. SO FINALLY I TOLD THEM ILL JUST MAKE MY COMPLAINT WITH THE B.B.B. WHICH I WILL BE DOING RIGHT AFTER I GET DONE WRITING THIS REVIEW! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY VERY VERY TERRIBLE, AND THEY DONT HAVE NO RESPECT FOR NONE OF THERE CUSTOMERS! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people robbed me! – R&M Suzuki is the trashiest dealership in Houston! The employee's are very unprofesional there,not to mention unqualified to do anything but maybe push a broom. I bought a car from there and one week later i had to return it due to a barron problem. They put me in focus from the first payment i made i had problems. First the alternator went out,then a month later water was getting in the air compressor and making it kill on me and my children. Last but not least my engine went out after only having the car maybe 3 months and thats pushing it. I payed my car payments on time i paid a $1500 deposit i did everything these crooks asked me to do and i got f*&%#$ royally! I will be turning this ragedy crap back to them but I am taking all of my new parts off including the brand new tires i bought! I'm warning the public to keep going when you get this place!

This Place is HORRIBLE.....RUN AWAY – I would never go here I told my mom not to but she didnt listen LESLIE and the rest of them are Scam artist its so sad and there taking people money when they dnt do nothing worth having money I swear I hope this place burn dwn. They greensheet ads are full of crap as well as they employees they sold my mama a piece of crap and our story is sad...they are a sad company and they need to get sued and let me own it.

Good Service – I have used the R&M service 4 times since I bought my 06 Verona. In each case the service was fast, complete and priced right. Everytime I came in they were polite, professional and took care of my car. Good service and I would recommend them to anyone needing dealer level service.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! ***REVISED*** – Where do I start? This place has no professionalism at all. Emails go unanswered, call them only to get transfered from one individual to another only to realise there is nothing but b.s.!!! *****THEN.... the employee (Mark) was smacking on gum while his cell phone kept ringing some ghetto song, and he was chatting with the caller while taking our information). On the phone I was promised a "ZERO" down ('today only') plus $500. off sales price "REGARDLESS OF CREDIT", by Mia ( a MANAGER) only to catch a ride from the NW side (in traffic, rain & cold) all the way there to be told we were not approved. This place is total BS!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Worst place ever in the history of dealships – I called r&m suzuki stop today and asked to speak with a sales person so the lady hung up in my face so I called back and asked why she did that and I was called a ghetto black bitch. Now what kind of place would allow that r&m suzuki stop off 45 South very unprofessional that place needs to be shut down.
