Not that great, unprofessional. Upon first impression, Sun Gods seems like a reputable tanning salon. As a tanning veteran however, I quickly found that it is ill-maintained and inconvenient. The beds are old, and the bulbs seem as if they haven't been changed in ages. The staff tends to leave in the middle of the day with a note on the door saying "Back at 1:15," or something equally inconvenient. Although the salon opens at 9 AM, I have gone there at 11:30 AM and found them to not be open, again with a note saying "Opening at 11! Sorry!" This salon is not worth the money at all. Aruba Tan and Darque Tan are very close by and both offer much better service and quality than Sun Gods for a comparable price.

Fabulous inexpensive tanning salon. I haven't been to a lot of tanning salons in Texas, but Sungods far outshines anything I used to visit in Washington State! The prices are very reasonable, there is almost never a wait for the beds, the girls behind the counter are really nice, and everything is clean and pretty! They don't take reservations, which is great, since I feel comfortable just walking in whenever I feel like it. They recently replaced the bulbs on a lot of their beds, as well.
