Customers BEWARE! – Customer BEWARE! I wish I had read these reviews before I did business with this rental company. Yes, all the reviews about BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE is true! The owner is the rudest of all. In fact, they called me to give me a reminder about my pick-up and said everything would be ready to go. I mentioned I had another appointment and I asked how longer would pick-up take, the man on the phone said "No worries, you'll be in and out quickly." HAaaa, I arrive to the side dock and NO ONE is there to help me. Finally, the loader guy shows up and is complaining about helping me because his back hurts! What? Really? Then, they tell me one of my other items is in another warehouse and "I" needed to go pick it up!? Not very cool....they should of told me this on the phone so I would have known this 'quick' pick-up would have turned into 45 minutes. I was late for my other appointment and they gave me two round table cloths and one rectangle table cloth instead of two rectangle and one round! If you read their website mission statement about customer service you will absolutely laugh out loud. My experience was not even close to positive or professional. If I could give a negative star I would!!!! Customers, BEWARE!!!!

Be Careful! – My wife and I got married 4 years ago. We used Premier Party Central for renting of all of tables, linens, silverware, plates (much more) and we rented their hall (Texas Star Event Center). We used them because of their great availability and nice facility. My wife and I ended up spending a little over $39,000 to be COMPLETELY RUINED by the event manager!

It has taken us 4 years to post this warning because it has been something that has profoundly affected my wife! They stopped our wedding just as the dancing had begun. They first approached me and said, "you well exceed your contracted limit, we will not let anyone else come in" and I said it was fine. No more than one hour later I was bulled away from dancing with my wife and was asked to go outside. I at that time was told that people were coming in through the emergency doors, and I said "lock them". They explained they couldn't for fire department safety. We agreed that my wedding planner staff was going to help them keep an eye on the doors, and I went back in to enjoy my wedding. Finally, my wedding planner comes up to me and says "WE HAVE A PROBLEM". I uncertain of what was happening, followed her. My wedding planner took me to the event manager from the hall/party central and the Sherrif. I was told that they could not stop people from continuously coming in, and they were going to stop my wedding. They told me "you have 20 minutes, start saying you goodbyes or we will turn on the lights and stop the wedding". As I stood there shocked and not knowing what to do, I began to negotiate with them. They first said "we can't let the party continue due to fire department regulations" they then said "give us $2,500 and we will allow you to continue the party" . So, me not being able to get them $2,500 on the spot, they shut my wedding down and I couldn't do anything about it, my wife cried all night and in our honeymoon. To this day, she can't watch our wedding video or photo album without crying.

We couldn't peruse legal action because their contract is VERY WELL written. We have video and images of how the event manager contradicted herself and our videos and images show that there wasn't over 200 people in the building, but our attorney said it was useless because of the contract we signed.

Just be careful when signing their contract and agreements! They also stopped our wedding and caused us humiliation and they still have the nerve to use the photos of our wedding on their stores, ballrooms, show's and advertising! Be careful!!

Great place for Wedding Rentals – I recommend Premiere Party Central to all my Brides for their Rentals needs. Premiere has many beautiful wedding pieces from the Portable Gazebo, French Tulip Arbor, Chuppa, kneeling benches, candelabras and many other traditional bridal decoration. And a plus is they will deliver and pickup from most Austin Area venues.

Bad customer service. Stay away! – Not worth it. There are better party rental companies in town. Bad customer service.

Got bad service when I went in there. One of the ladies is very mean and unprofessional and acts all stressed even though there was nobody else in the store. She gave me an attitude when I asked her questions. She seemed annoyed I made her get up from her desk, even though I was the only customer in the store.

I ended up driving to a different rental store for my party needs.

Saved my tail! – I was very happy to find this store on the southside. I actually called a hotel here to find out who would be the best company to rent from. They told me to call Austin Party Central. I was so relieved when I found out that they had everything I needed with reasonable prices. Their knowledge and expertise was excellent and everyone was so hepful. I highly reccomend this rental company.

Bad customer Service – I looked on city search to find the best party spots to look for beach theme party supplies for my upcoming family reunion next week. I looked on this website and found out this place was somewhat located by my job. Upon arriving there, there were two cars in the parking lot (I guess this was for the employees). I wondered why no one was in the store. Walking through the entrance I notice two ladies at the sales counter...neither one of the women spoke to me. They didn't ask if I needed anything, just stared at me, like they did not see me. They had to noticed me, since I was the only one in the store. The phone began to ring in the store, so one of the ladies answered the phone. She was being nice to the person on the phone and couldn't ask me if I needed help. After that I soon left the store. Little did they know I planned on spending a great deal of money in the store, but they never spoke to me and asked if I needed help. FYI. there was some cute things in the store.
