D Best Carpet = D Worst – Don't ever go here!! I have never wrote a review before but I felt everyone in Orlando needs to know how horrible these people are. We ordered our flooring from them and they told us it would be in 2 weeks later. Come to find out we finally got our flooring 2 months later. Next, we got the installation done and they still owe us 200 and they have yet to credit. All they do is get is your business then they completely ignore you. They will not return your phone calls and when you go down there no one seems to know what's going on. They have very pushy sales people and once you buy the product they don't care about you. I would never ever go back to this place. I'm a pretty easy going person but this place is horrible!! D'Best Flooring is a scam!

D Best Carpet - Do NOT BUY FROM THEM – They are scamers... riped us off $ 250.00 ..They say one price…then charge us another & if you decided to cancel they charge you another fee.

Tell your friends and family ...this is not the company to do business with.

TELL everyone you know...WORD OF MOUTH ADVESTING ...WORKS

D'Worse – I believe it won't be too long before Tony Pipitone from Channel 6 will be visiting these clowns. I have had the same experience with this company. I have found that the tile they display is not what you get, something like a bait and switch, not on the price but on the item. Also if they owe you credit they will give you one big BS about their accounting dept or CPA only credits on a Friday, which may or may not occur. Their sales person will lie that they are the owner after they identified themselves as the assistant manager, in order to intimidate you and play rude or antagonize you more. Be very careful, I think one of their sales tactics is to sell you something you need for tile or laminate and then they conveniently have run out..after they charge your credit card. So if you buy Tiles, and need grout and thinset, guess what? Right they are out of the Grout and Thinset but not before charging you for that amount..and guess what pray and hope you get credit back. I don't know but this Better Business B seem to have no teeth when it comes to their dishonest members...and these people know it....Warn your friends and family

Run by liars and con artists – I purchased tile from this place and they delivered the wrong tile. I negotiated a discount because of their error and now 45 days later I am still waiting for the credit. Every time I contact them they tell me the accounting office has my information and it will take just a few more days. That is odd...since it took them all of 15 seconds to process the sale to my card.

Manager Tony Romano has even lied to the triple b and told them they have given me the credit.

And of course, meanwhile, I am still stuck with the wrong tile.

Buyer beware!! These people will lie straight to your face.

STARTED OUT GOOD-ENDED VERY BAD – WE ORDERED THE FLOORING A MONTH BEFORE INSTALL DATE TO ASSURE INSTALL WOULD BE MET AS I TOLD THEM I HAD SURGERY SCHEDULED NINE DAYS AFTER INSTALL. NO PROBLEM I WAS TOLD. ON JULY 10TH TONY CALLED MY HUSBAND AND SAID THERE WAS A 2 WK DELAY, NO REASON. SO I WENT DOWN TO THE STORE ON JULY 11 AND TALKED TO TONY WHO SAID THEY HAD GOTTEN SOME LARGE JOBS IN AND THEY WERE BACKED UP. I TOLD HIM WE COULD NOT BE DELAYED BECAUSE OF SURGERY. HE SAID HE COULD NOT PROMISE ANYTHING. SO EVERY DAY I WAITED FOR A CALL [I LEFT MGS] AND TODAY TONY CALLS AND SAYS HE JUST FOUND OUT THERE WOULD BE A 2 WK DELAY IN THE DELIVERY! I TOLD HIM TO CANCEL THE ORDER, BUT THERE IS STILL THE [I HOPE NO] ISSUE OF A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. I HAVE ALREADY PAID HIM $4000 TO ORDER THE FLOORING IN JUNE.
