Mr. Rivero helped me out a lot! – I would like to thank you and your staff specially Mr. Luis Rivero for the excellent service I have received from your department. Just recently I had a very frustrating issue with my 2006 Commander. The door handle had broken along with some other service which I required to perform on the vehicle. Unfortunatelly parts were on back order and I could not get definite answers on when and if the the repairs could be made. I went so far as to file a claim with Chrysler and was very disappointed with the customer service I received from them. After explaining to Mr. Rivero my situation he took complete charge and directly dealed with Chrylser to not only find the part but to request a possible credit due to the delay and inconvenience I had experienced. I have owned various Jeep vehicles and I was almost turned away from ever buying another one again until Mr. Rivero showed excellent customer service and personal care in this matter.

Best Car Buying Experience(s) – I recently purchased my second car from Planet Dodge and rate both buying experiences a 10 out of 10! They have sharp vehicles at great prices; everyone is efficient and super professional. Their salesmen are experienced, thoroughly knowledgeable, and very helpful in facilitating financing; making both transactions smooth and easy. Mr.R/T – I needed a car but could not afford a certain price and these guys came through for me. They worked on my numbers for 2 days and at the end of road I had my Dodge R/T parked in the drive way. From the Gm to the financial and salesman the help was there and made it happen for me. My salesman, Frank Vargas was very helpful. He provided no pressure and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with the quality of the dodge I test drove and finally decided to buy. It was my first visit to Planet Dodge and your dealership was very impressive as well. Very beautifully decorated for the season. The Worst! – I can totally relate to all these reviews about slow service and horrible customer service. I've been buying and driving new vehicles for 20 years and I've never seen anything like this. Their slogan should be Planet Dodge - What Planet Are We From! I had my Jeep here for four days for a defective battery. It also needed a patch in a tire due to Chrysler's tow company getting a bolt stuck in it. Four days later and only thing Planet Dodge was able to do was replace the battery. I ended up taking it across the street to Firestone who fixed the tire in about 40 minutes. After four days of Planet Dodge having my vehicle when I went to pick it up the service advisor turned his back to me and walked away and didn't even issue an apology. How can this dealership stay in business? Unreal!
Worst Dealership - They Think Customers Are Fools – They are the most inefficient dealership I have ever seen! My 2002 Chrysler Town & Country van broke down, so I had a tow truck take it to this dealer. The van only has 36,000 miles on it and I've been the only owner. I asked the tow truck guy to take a look at the van and see if it was the battery. He said the battery was fine, but it looked like the fuel pump was the problem.
The dealership said the problem was the battery, the battery terminals, the computer, and an oil leak. They also said the gas filter, fuel injectors and air filter were dirty and transmission service was needed. I immediately became suspicious because I had those same 4 services recently done at another Chrysler dealer, so I told them not to perform those. Two days later, they said that when they installed the computer, they noticed the fuel pump was broken. The tow truck guy had told me it was the fuel pump!!! I think the fuel pump was the only problem with my van and they just made up all that other stuff about the battery, computer, and oil leak to make more money off me. Then I had to argue with the manager to get them to honor my 10 year warranty to cover the fuel pump. They finally agreed, but said they did not have the fuel pump in stock so it would take a couple of days. A few days later, they said the fuel pump arrived, but now they found another problem with the manifold leaking air. They said they couldn't locate the part and took several more days. Every couple of days, they would find a new problem!!! I no longer believe a word they say.
When I arrived to pick up the van, I asked a few questions to my service representative, Jorge, and I saw that he just gave me nonsense answers just to get me off his back. I also caught him in a few outright bold-faced lies. At this dealership, they think the customers are patsys and fools. Now a week later, the check engine light is on and the van is sluggish when I accelerate. I dread having to take the car back there!!!
