So the other day, I'm sitting in the store taking a pre-employment test, and I overhear the cashier telling every one of the customers "It will be a couple minutes, is that okay?" before she takes their orders. And every other customer either complains about the 5 minute wait actually being 45 minutes, or they walk out.
Customer service here is horrible, the staff, as well as managers DO NOT wear hats/hair nets when making the pizza, the store manager is unfriendly and has no concept on professionalism how to run this store.
The next day, after calling about my follow up orientation(which I was told by the asst. manager would be at 11AM... it was not...) ,which resulted in a very nasty attitude from the store manager, I walked right in, and called the manager out on what she was doing wrong. Mind you, this is a heated argument that she decides to take on in front of the customers. Sound professional? I think not. I ended up declining the job offer. As much as I need a job, there is no way in hell I am going to go to this store ever again. Not even as much as an apology, which, ESPECIALLY if you are a manager, should be the very FIRST words out of your mouth. Basic customer service 101. Always apologize to a patron/customer.
Did I mention I recorded the argument with the manager? Yes, all this can be backed up, and will be submitted to all district managers.
I strongly suggest NOT going to this store. Unless you enjoy horrible service, and an unclean box of pizza served to you by a bunch of untrained, unprofessional degenerates. Nothing against Little Caesars. This specific store however,
(Currently in the process of talking to the district managers and any other higher ups who will make the necessary changes that this store so desperately needs. If a 19 year old can see all these problems, so should their managers.)

Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible – The worst service I have ever had. Concept of pick up??? It took over 45 minutes to get order. Employees do not know what's going on at all, completely clueless. Manager does not care about customer service. They messed up on several orders while I was there. This should be the easiest place to get food yet it was the hardest. I would never recommend this location to anyone. They need to go under new management. Marcos the manager over there should be fired on the PIZZA PIZZA. On their website it says "We want HAPPY HAPPY Customers". Well, we were MISERABLE MISERABLE.
