BAD! With a capital "B"! – The place was horrible! Food was pricey ($90 for a strip steak alone, no sides). Everything is a la carte. Expect to pay at least $100 per person. The service is horrible or beyond. Seemed like a lot of staff people standing around doing nothing but talking. Place was loud. Food took forever to come (3 hours). Staff was rude and obnoxious. Food was cold and average at best.. Don't waste your time or money. We hated this place!

Not good for big groups – It was our friend's bday and we had reserv for 19 people. When we arrived we were put in a little 12x12 room with one window which was our 'view'. We couldn't hear the music and the food for what we paid for was very disappointing. We had 2 choices from the banquet menu because of our party size. Food was okay but not for $60 a plate. So embarressed and disappointed, didn't even get to see the rest of the restaurant. Never go if you have a big party.

Eatin' With the Oldies – If eating bland, overpriced food high atop a retirement home (with panoramic views of industrial Long Beach) while rubbing elbows with an over-60 crowd translates into a night of excitement for you, run, don't walk, here. With such clientele, it's no wonder the food is mostly flavorless and unimaginative. The restaurant has the musty smell of the interior of a casket. The rest rooms are straight out of "A Clockwork Orange." Everyone from the elevator doormen to the waiters do try their best to provide excellent service (the hostesses are a little slow though). Some stand-outs among the old standards: The shrimp cocktail is served with a yummy salsa; desserts are well-made. If you are seeing a show at the convention center, the restaurant is right next door.
