Loud music and a party vibe keep this sushi bar hopping seven days a week. – In Short
During the day this nondescript sushi eatery tucked away in a strip mall offers a somewhat cramped but quiet atmosphere for patrons taking advantage of the daily lunch specials. At night it transforms into party central where college students and clubgoers jam to raucous music while downing sake bombs and oyster shots. Numerous flatscreen TVs surround the bar, and the kitschy dining area is often decorated with balloons. Affordably priced sushi portions are generous, and crowd favorites include the crazy dragon roll, shrimp tempura crunch and the trio sashimi appetizer. The dinner sushi combination with 20 pieces of sushi and an order of California or spicy tuna rolls is perfect for sharing with a group.

Definitely a Younger Crowd – After reading a couple of reviews, my wife and I decided to check this place out. Let me tell you, if you're looking for a quiet, relaxed evening, don't go here. This was definitely a college type place. They played hip hop and techno for the most part, and very loud at that. For a Friday night, it wasn't that busy, of course we went at 9:30, so we missed most of the crowd. Still, there was about a 5 minute wait.

The food itself was ok. They had a large selection, with a good number of original rolls. The wife and I tried 5 rolls in total. The spider roll was good- it was served on a bed of tempura flakes which was interesting. The other rolls we had would have been better if they hadn't dowsed them with so much eel sauce. The food was pretty well priced too. The only hiccup of the evening is when bottle caps landed in front of us (there was a server opening beer and letting the caps go as they pleased).

Overall I would say this was a decent experience. If you decide to go, prepare yourself for loud music and a younger crowd.
