HORRIBLE is an understatement. My food was disgusting! The rice and vegetables were burnt. My shrimp was raw! Needless to say that I did not eat my food. Oh and the spicy sauce taste like ketchup. I seriously don't know how this place stays open for business. They told us it would be a 15 min wait and we waited for 45 min. Not to mention it was 100+ degrees outside and about 101 inside. The staff was rude and the place itself was disgusting. My family and I will NOT be returning or recommending it to anyone.

Face the Facts – According to my experience Tokyo Steak House is one of the best Japanese restaurant I've been to. Good food, good quantity, and good services. They will always try to help you the best that they can even though they are extremely busy . On the other hand, some customer would always think that they should always get what they want just because they are customers and that customers are always right. Truthfully not always. Customer should always never to expect too much from their server but standard servings. Customers should always try to understand from two point of view or maybe even placing them self in their severs shoe and never just because they are customer expecting to always have the best service when they go out to eat.

Face the fact. If you don't like it then you don't like it .It's probably because your exception is too high. I am pretty sure they can always accomidate something to make both side happy. Customer should never always expect to eat free just because of one little mistake. If so it should depend on the situation and not the customers decision. If just because that particular customer is a very anal and trouble picker customer having to always complain about something that does not fit them then this means the restaurant would always be at lost.. Face the facts.

Very Bad Experience – I have never written a review but I think others should know my experience here. Family decided to go here for lunch and have teppanyaki. I ordered the felet. Let me first say I am not even a little bit picky. I can't remeber when and if I have ever complained about food. That being said, the steak was absolutely rancid. I cant believe I even got the bite down, but I did, because I did not want to disturb anyone else at the table. My wife said her New York was not good and my sons spicy chichen was great. I decided to not say anything at the table because I am shy about complaining. I walked my bill to the manager at the front and explained that there is somethring wrong with the filet. The manager immediately started ringing up my bill, as if the only concern here was whether I was going to pay. She stated that the food is fresh and offered no apology. Cost 52 plus tip 60 for lunch. I left without a detailed receipt but we couldn't figure out how it got to over 52 and are guessing that they must have added the tip into the bill, and I double tipped them. LOL

WORST PLACE IN TOWN – Terrible experience... I will never go there again! It took 30 mins to get seated, which is understandable for a friday night, but the table didn't even have silverware. My husband got his salad and rice but couldn't eat for 8-10 minutes because we still didn't have silverware. We asked the waiter for a fork and after he passed our table several times without a fork, we asked a hostess for one. We finally got silverware after my husband's rice got cold. I ordered three things: a salad, dynamite, and another sushi dish and the first sushi dish arrived 10 minutes after my husband's food. We had to ask for my salad, which took another 10 minutes or so, and when the waiter brought that he asked if we needed anything else. I guess he forgot that I was still waiting for my other sushi dish. Then he told us that they just started making it (mind you we had been seated for over 40 minutes by this time and done with our other entrees) and I told him to forget it. We never got refills on our iced tea and the real kicker here is our witnessing of another patron throwing up her meal on her plate. I am thoroughly disgusted and irritated by this entire dining experience.

Beware of what you order VS what you receive!!! – I looked up the Sushi menu online and called in my order, being allergic to shellfish I carefully selected what I ordered. the resturant is not so close to my place of business so most of my lunch break is consumed traveling to and from the resturant. the order was not ready and or waiting for me at the time qouted and I had to wait. Sure enough i got back and found that I was given something completly different then discribed on the menu, Yes it had shellfish on it!!! and i could not eat it due to my allergy. I called them back and mentioned it to them and was told that they would have to confim it by veiwing the internet fisrt, so I was put on hold and then told that i would have to bring it back to them i told them That would not be possible at this time so they said that the manager would call me back. The manager called back and and informed that that they would only be able to refund me the cost of the item that was incorrect, but no offer to compensate for thier error. sorry but they did not do much to make me want to return. hope this review helps

The best Sushi and Tepan hands down!! – We make it an effort to stop by every chance we get just because they have the best sushi. There managers special is what got me hooked and their steaks are top notch. Do yourself a favor and go enjoy yourself at TSH!!

they need customer service training – TRAIN YOUR STAFF. Sarcasm is not in the manual of service. I hate this place.

Great Fried Rice – The food is great especially the FRIED RICE!! You get a good price on a lunch meal, but dinner is pretty expensive but you do get a lot of food. I love this place better than Japanese Kitchen. But the decor is not so good.

Good food, fun and low wait time! – Love this place. If you don't want the wait you will have at Japanese Kitchen check this place out! As with any Tepanyaki est. you will need to move to the bar if you want to socialize after you are done eating. People are waiting to enjoy their dining experience.

Good Food, Bad For Socializing – We had reservations for a group of 6 and were seated just fine at our own tepanyaki table. The chef was great and so was the food. I was seated with some co-workers and after we had paid our bill, we were at our table finishing our beverages and talking with each other. Soon after, one of the waitresses came up to our table and asked us to leave. She said that there were other people waiting for the table. We were all taken aback. Apparently there is an unspoken time limit on your dining. This rudeness is the reason none of us will ever go back. So if you are looking for a quick meal without socializing this place might work for you, but it didn't work for us.
