Horrible service. Spend $300+ my first time visitng, had a good experience despite the fact that they "forgot" to ship my bras that they did not have in stock. I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
A few years later I was sized, wore the bra and within an hour the wire was jabbing me in my arm pits. Called to see if I could exchange it, was told to come in. It was clearly not sized correctly. Staff was demeaning, arrogant and acted as though it takes a Master's degree to size a bra. Showed no empathy for my frustration, or offered alternatives. Refused to exchange after accusing me of wearing it (implying I wore it far more than a few hours).
They used an analogy that a shoe store will not take back worn shoes, they do not want a worn bra. FYI - DSW has taken back 3 pairs of my husband worn shoes due to them being uncomfortable and gave him the courtesy of suggesting it may be a manufacturer defect.
These women lack class and customer service. Better off shopping at a depratment store where they have flexible return policy and treat their customers with value. Everyone wants to support local businesses, but not if they will be treated like this. They would have been better off to allow an exchange knowing that the next time I come in I will spend more money and share with all of my friends what a great experience I had. Instead, I share my horrible experience and warn friends and will never step foot in the store again.
Don't buy anything you are not 100% sure of. I bought 4 bras - all underwires..... expensive! I wore two of them and found them very uncomfortable! I went back less than 1 week later to return the two that I had not worn - they only allow exchanges... no refunds (is this even legal???). Unfortunately they only have 4 non-underwire bras to pick from.....:(.... I will never go back and I will tell all my friends not to shop there!!!!
Stay Away – I visited this store today in search of a bra to wear on my wedding day. When I described what I was looking for (a low-back, strapless bra) the two women working there simply looked at me like I was insane and said that they didn't have anything like that and that "they are very hard to find". They didn't apologize for not being able to help me or offer any suggestions of places to try. Where else should I be looking for a "specialty" bra than a specialty bra store?! I went to Harp's instead and the woman brought me several types to try, one of which I bought. I would not suggest Bravo unless you want to feel like a burden just for walking in the door.
Poor customer service, misleading claims – Buyer beware ! I bought a gift card for my wife for her birthday since she has been experiencing issues with her bra straps falling down, Bravo claim to fit the bra and the lady was very confident (As I handed over $100) that she could help. I was very excited that at last there seemed to be a knowledgeable person who could help. After 4 fittings, some adjustments (one sewed the bra strap on with a twist !), and numerous trials we have given up. At this point you might think they would offer a refund, a store credit or even some more ideas right ? Wrong ! I was not expecting the rude and discourteous response - at one point I was told "we only fit them in the shop, we can't account for when she moves around". I was told my wife had picked the bra, which is true except that it was from a selection the "Expert Fitter" had said would work and was promised the alteration would take care of any issues. My wife was told to try it at home, which she did, when this still resulted in the straps falling down she was told she needed to wash it, so she did. We were not told that any sort of wearing of the bra would mean we have given up our right to return the item. At best they are misleading the customer, at worst they are not living up to the claims they may about being able to fit. So I am no longer eligible for any sort of refund. We are now left out of pocket for a useless Bra because they refuse to do do the right thing. I'm disgusted and feel very mislead. I recommend you check the fine print. Anyone need a 38C !!
You're probably not the size you think you are! – I went into Bravo after watching the Oprah bra show and I sure thought I was the right size...not so! The owner was very nice and fitted me ( I was a cup size too small...yeah!). There is a really nice selection of bras and they also have cute pjs! The owner even brings her dog to work so you know it's a very easygoing shop...not a stuffy boutique!
