Best Scrubs Shop In Town! – I can't tell you enough how amazing this store is, from the clothing and merchandise all the way to the management! Uniforms and More really goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy.

Here's what really made me want to write a review:

I went in there looking to buy a new pair of scrubs and a stethoscope. Mine was old as hell and the scrubs really needed to be updated as well. I walk into the store and am immediately greeted, which I love... it shows they are appreciative of your business and not just expectant. Not only that, but the 2 girls working were incredibly helpful with bringing me new sizes and showing me which scrubs were most popular and which ones were on sale etc. So anyways, I ended up splurging on a 200 stetho and a few pairs of scrubs. A couple weeks later I decided I didn't like the color stethoscope I chose. I didn't think they'd let me return it, but I thought i'd call and ask anyways. I was transferred to the owner and she was so pleasant, chuckled at my request and told me it was no problem. She allowed me to place the order over the phone and allowed me to exchange mine at the time of pick up.

Service like this is never over looked by me and I was so appreciative and surprised at how kind and easy going she was.

If you want great customer service and good quality scrubs -- look no further. This is definitely my go to scrub shop.

Response to: Worst Retail Experience in a Long Time – I am the owner of Uniforms and More and would like to explain the situation with the unhappy customer. His wife purchased a pair of black Dansko shoes, but he decided that he wanted brown ones instead. I told him that we would be happy to order them for him because he needed size 45, and we did not have them in stock. The shoes happened to be on backorder, and as soon as I found this out, I notified him that it would take a few weeks to receive them. He agreed but called a few days later and demanded a refund because he found them cheaper on Zappos. I explained to him that we have a no refund policy and that I could give him a store credit for the full amount he paid for the shoes. He said that it was a ridiculous policy and continued to demand that we refund his money. Once again, I explained that we treat ALL of our customers equally, and that it would be unfair to others if I make an exception for him and no one else. He still was not happy and threatened to spread negative feedback to as many people as he could about our store, which he is obviously doing.

Our refund policy is clearly displayed throughout our store, as well as next to our cash register for all customers to see. As a consumer, before I purchase a product, I make an effort to find out the store's return policy. I do not expect the cashier at every store that I visit to to automatically explain this to me at time of purchase.

We never called Aaron a "jerk" or "crazy", nor did we say that his opinion and satisfaction did not matter. This is an utterly ridiculous accusation! We strive to please ALL of our customers and losing Aaron as a customer is truly upsetting to us. However, we feel that it would be unfair to make an exception just for him and no one else. Our policy clearly states that we do not give refunds. Similar policies are instituted within most other small medical uniform stores. We are not Motherhood Maternity nor a large chain retailer, so you cannot compare their return policy to ours. We will be happy to exchange anything purchased at our store, or give a store credit, if returned to us within 30 days of purchase, new, with tags attached, and a receipt. As a store owner, I feel that I have a right to implement policies in my place of business. Spreading malicious lies about our store just because he did not get his way is very unfair and unethical. I hope that everyone reading Aaron's review will give us a chance by visiting our store and forming their own opinion about our service.

Worst retail experience in a long time – I had an awful experience at this store. I could go into great detail, but to make a long story short...I got burned by their return policy. They do not accept returns, only exchanges for store credit. This wasn't made clear to me when I purchased a $125 pair of Dansko shoes.

Through the course of a 25 minute phone call with the store owner, I was called a "jerk" for even asking them to make an exception for a return. I was very apologetic, telling him that I didn't know the policy but the shoes were not going to work for me and there was nothing else I wanted from their store. He felt that their store policy was on par with other stores in the area. I called 4 other uniform stores, several shoe stores and several apparel stores finding only 1 other stores with a similar return policy (Motherhood Maternity - and they are required to tell each customer their return policy with each transaction). I informed him of this and he said I was "crazy", most other stores have a similar policy.

Uniforms and More said they could not take the extra time to tell each and every customer their return policy and that it was "printed on your receipt". I told him if it was on the receipt then they already had my money and there was nothing I could do to get it back....even if there was a bad or defective product.

I told the store owner that I was unhappy and gave him 4 options of things he could do to make me a happy customer (all of them reasonable). I told him I could make my little voice heard over a bad experience. He said their company wasn't concerned with making "just one person happy" that they did "too much business to be concerned about one guys experience".

Zappos was $10 cheaper for these shoes anyway, I was just trying to keep my business local. Since I wasn't able to get a refund, I exchanged the shoes for another pair, it took them over 5 weeks to get that pair, when they said it would take less than 2 weeks. They had my money for over 5 weeks while I had no product to show for it, I even called my credit card company to see about cancelling the payment! Tell everyone you know, if they value their money and businesses that do business right, don't shop at Uniforms and More!

Great service and very unique scrubs. – I was new in town and was looking for a new place to buy scrubs. After visiting a few places, I was referred to Uniforms & More by a co-worker. It was a great experience to shop in their store. The sales personnel was very friendly and courteous. They had a great selection of unique and trendy scrubs that I have not seen before. I will be back again! Thebst service ever!!!
