BEST MOVE I'VE EVER HAD!!!!!:):):): – Spirit Relocation helped me out of a bad situation. I had scheduled my large move with another local company who stood me up on my move date & didnt inform me that they werent coming until I called them! So I grabbed the Yellow Book & started calling moving companies & I must say the majority of them were rude & they tried to price gouge me because I needed an asap move. Finally I called Spirit Relocation and the wonderful lady who handles the local moves scheduled me for later that day and even sent some free boxes so I could get my kitchen packed. The crew they sent was very fast but careful also. They were very clean & all spoke English and did exactly as I requested. I was moved in 6 hours with no damages. The other company quoted me 8 hours & had all kinds of other charges that I really didnt understand. From talking to that salesperson, Spirit Relocation had been recently sold and the new owner has strict standards that all employees have to follow. I received all costs in writing, which was their hourly rate & a small fuel charge & there was no upfront deposit & everything was explained to me as far as how the move would take place from start to finish. I move quite frequently so I will be using Spirit Relocation again & I wil tell everyone I know who is moving to contact them for a quick, fair priced move. GO SPIRIT RELOCATION!!

Horrible service! – I had my things stored in their warehouse for 8 months I scheduled to move my belongs out, which I did 3 weeks in advance. I called 48 hour prior to the move to confirm and it was confirmed: a Sunday morning move, they would deliver my things between 9-10am. I received my things Thursday. 4 days after it was scheduled. I was called Saturday afternoon by Chris, the scheduler, to say their forklift driver was out and they had no one else to drive it. Are you kidding me? Uou have 1 employee who can drive a forklift? It's not the space shuttle. I was told it could be done Monday, Tues or Wed. I selected Monday afternoon.That never happened so I called them. I was then told by a receptionist that they are behind because they moved warehouses and inventory was mixed up. Excuse me? My things were moved without telling me?Finally, Ron, the 'manager' calls me and says their forklift is broken. You have got to be joking!!!! And it had been broken for several days. I tell him I was told by Chris that the driver was out for surgery. Ron admitted to me that was a lie and he didn't know why I was told that. The forklift is supposed to be fixed on Tuesday and my things will be delivered Wednesday afternoon. Tuesday he calls to tell me they are on track for a Wed delivery. Not true. 4:30 rolls around and he says he has no crew to do it. At this point I really lose it with him and he has the audacity to blame me for scheduling a move during their busy time. I ask for a discount to which he says it is late for mechanical failure and that is excluded in my contract. Well, that may be, but lying and scheduling incompetence is not in the contract. He doesn't care. My fiance calls to talk to Ron who accuses me of lying about all of this only to confess later in the conversation that I am indeed telling the truth. They show up on Thursday and my things are finally delivered. They then charge me $700 and tell me to have a nice day. It only cost me $500 when they moved it out.

Worst movers ever. – The company quoted me a 2 man crew and showed up with a 3 man crew. I was assured my furniture would be wrapped with furniture pads but as they unloaded the truck I noticed several peices were NOT wrapped including my tv stand, my mattresses, my rocker, my end tables. I had boxes that were loaded UPSIDE DOWN causing liquids to leak and spill out. I had a pressed board file cabinet that was picked up by the trim and was busted. (you have to sign a waiver that basically says they arent responsible for pressed board peices.)

I would not recommend this company. Look elsewhere. Your gonna pay more anyway.

WORST SERVICE IN HISTORY OF MOVING!!! HORRIBLE OWNER!! – I wish I had Never found this place! This company showed up with a truck way to small to move our home, after they told me they had "diesel size" trucks. When i called the company, i was awarded with a horribly rude "owner" named Ron or Rod, (very bad english), who proceded to tell me off, and tell me it was "my problem" that the truck was too small, too bad he said, you have to order another one, and pay the higher prices. He was the rudest business person I have ever had to deal with. I was promised english speaking workers, but only 1 of them spoke english, the other 2 were hispanic, very bad english, although they had manners, they could not understand anything I said to them. I dont think any of them could read english as they did not put any marked boxes in the correct places. The men did not wear any back belts for lifting and complained constantly. they did not lay any pads in the house (either one) and tracked the floors to the extent I had to have them cleaned again. this is only a few of the things they did wrong - dropped our belongings, scratched up the walls and furniture, banged up items, broke our tools (they didnt have their own), broke 2 pictures in glass frames, loaded boxes upside down, and put heavy stuff on delicate boxes, which were clearly marked. they left items in a storage unit, and we were charged for it by the storage company, they left parts of the bed frame at the old house so could not set up at the new one. they did not cover the van floor and our mattresses were ruined with dirt, they are filthy! there's more but i 'm out of space, you get my drift, I am not even sure these people are legal, but they are part of Stevens Van Lines, based somewhere in Denver area. Please dont hassle with these thieves, we paid way too much for them to abuse us. oh- we had to sign their paper stating that they were not responsible for any broken items. guess we are screwed, wonder if that paper will hold up in court. I plan to bill them.
