save you some cash. A satellite/cable company that saves you money! the customer service/sales reps play fair, and you really get what they say, needless to say most other companies lie to you just to get a sale

An all American Company for your TV viewing Pleasure, Highly Reccomended!. Well, Good old in the loop satellite hooked me up with directv, and im glad i chose them as a retailer. Going through this company for your tv service is great because not only did they save me almost $35 bucks per month, but whenever i need to ask a question about billing/channel lineups/ or any other concerns, i call them and there is never any holding, annoying music, or people who awnser the phone with a terrible accent and claim to be john smith in america when their really in India. This company has always handled my calls respectfully and with the upmost promptness. So on that note, if you want an honest , prompt, respectfull and american company for your television viewing needs, i recommend good old In the Loop Satellite.

Great Place to Work!. I have been employed with In the Loop Satellites for 3 years and love working for this company. Im paid very well and always have recieved my money on time and then some. Sammy, the owner, has even went above and beyond to help me out when Ive had some personnal challenges, money wise or anything else. The unfortunate thing is there have been some employees here that did'nt make sales and were let go. Thats just the way it is in the sales world and some people get bitter and blame others for their short comings. In the Loop is a great place to work and the owner Sammy is a man of his word.

Great Office!. In the Loop Satellite is one of the best places to work. We are known for our integrity and professionalism. The review that was written on 11/26/08 was from a former worker that was fired because of their attitude and inability to come to work sober. I cannot allow an employee to come to work intoxicated. If an employee does so I have no other choice but to execute their employment. I only hope that this person can get the help they need to live a good life, not surrounded by alcohol. Again, In the Loop Satellite only provides professional service at a fair price. Please do not allow this one "bad egg" to drive you into the arms of the competition. NOBODY can provide you with the customer service we can!

Horrible Cutomer Service.
I recently received a call from this company wanting to sell me Direct TV/ Dish Services. The company is
from Michigan and I live in Ohio. When I explained to them that I was happy with my cable and was not
interested in the "great offer" the person that called stated that I must not need to save money and then asked if I would cut him a check since I was so wealthy. No customer service skills what so ever. I would never recommend them for any service.
