A luxurious resort spa with services and amenities to fill your day with relaxation and renewal. – The Scene
Decorated in stone, wood and granite, complemented by shades of yellow and sage, the spa reflects the tranquility of its mountain surroundings. Spacious locker rooms include sauna and steam rooms, and a cascading waterfall highlights the coed whirlpool. Treatment rooms and the salon, fitness center and exercise studio are all in separate areas of the 30,000-square-foot facility, ensuring the desired ambience for each activity.
To take advantage of everything from steam and sauna to the exercise facilities, come early and stay late. If you opt for a Swedish massage, you'll relax on a heated table and be soothed by a hot towel applied to your face and neck. Herbs of the mountains and southern Utah deserts--pine, wildflower, sage and juniper--add a unique touch to botanical treatments. Try the sugar and spice mango wrap or the couples' retreat, an aroma bath for two followed by separate Swedish massages and facials in a private spa suite.
Whirlpool (coed), steam room, dry sauna, waterfall shower, exercise equipment, fitness classes. Massage, body treatments, facials, manicure/pedicure, full-service salon.
Tom Kizer – I have stayed at Westgate for three years. I have found the staff to be gracious and the service to be superior in all aspects. The rooms are wonderful. The skier service is the best ever. I have been skiing for over 35 years and this is the best overall combination of terrain, food, service, and accomodations I have had the pleasure of experiencing.
Awful, don't even think of staying here! – I'm a research scientist and software engineer, i.e. a pathological workaholic. So, when I want to get away, I want to *relax*. Westgate seemed like a great choice with lot of little excesses and great reviews.
My treatment was absolutely deplorable. When it was mentioned that my partner and I just live together and are not married, everything went to hell. I have never been treated *so* rudely or offended in my life. Lukily I live in Salt Lake, and could just drive home.
In summary, if you're a Mormon and have a valid temple recommend, you might have better luck, but I doubt it. Park City is too beautiful of a town to waste your experience on this place.
