Terrible Customer Service. I was excited to take family and friends to eat at this restaurant, however, the wait for the food was long, even though there was not much people in the place. More servers were needed. .However, the most terrible part was the manager, she was very rude and was not customer friendly when I had to talk to her about the check. She needs to remember that when you have a business you are in customer service and it is important the attitude you have with your CUSTOMERS. The food was good, not the best, however, as I told the manager, she just lost 7 customers and I would not recommend the place to any of my family, friends or co-workers. She needs to do a reality check on her attitude if she wants to stay in business.

The best caribbean food in town. I must say the service was outstanding and I must highly recommend the drinks, Starting from the bob marley drink straight to kingstons well known Red stripe. The food was exquiste right down to the service, it gave you the feeling that you were in jamaica.

Horrible Service!. Music and ambience was fine but this was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received in all of my dining experiences. After waiting 30 min, the DOORMAN finally brought us water and approached 3 of the waitstaff before someone came to take our orders. After waiting another 30 min, the portion of our food that came was cold and we were told that we couldn't get the remainder of our order because the kitchen was closed. We observed other people come in to order later in which the mananger explained "those were (his) peoples". The drinks were watery, our waitress never returned, and to top it off they overcharged us! Management never apologized or attempted to compensate for the poor service and actually acted like we were bothering him. We ended up going over to Irish Pub and the service was 200% better!
