One Of a Kind. This is a fantastic gym -- lots of great classes with excellent instructors, wonderful members, and a very caring staff. It's truly a club -- I have made some great fitness-friendships with the other members. I saw some reviewers saying it was dirty ... can't imagine why they'd say that. It's clean! The personal extras here are great!

Same old thing. Worse than your typical gym, it's dated and has lost it's edge. I expected more personal attention and there was none. A few of the instructors are good, but the classes need a facelift. The equipment needs a facelift and the staff, owner included, need a lesson on professionalism. Long contracts = lack of confidence in their product and/or service. Lock them down to get as much money as we can mentatility. Will never go back.

They just want your money!. I joined last spring for a six month membership because i wanted to get fit not loose weight I started with Suzanne and she set up a starter program when I asked her for help she blew me off numberous times saying catch me next week when I asked if I should schedule time with her she said no just catch me next week I'll have more time then.....well next week never came. I watched the other "trainers" and honestly I think they got their plans from a generic bubble gum machine. They all had the same program for every client I saw them working with. The owner is rude unless you sign up for her spinning class. When my membership contract was coming to an end I decided I would not renew, I followed the contract rules and sent a letter to cancel 30 days in advance to the company that mantained the memberships only to get a response back stating they were no longer the company that handled the memberships. I went to the gym to cancel and the owner said a snide remark and actually walked away from me...seriously she is a very immature child. Michelle said it would be taken care of. Well my membership was up in October. November my membership fee was charged to my account again. I called and talked to Suzanne, she again assured me that it would be taken care of. December rolled around and again i was charged. I talked to Kristen she said she would pass along my message to the owner this was a week and a half ago. So now Lady of Livingston has stolen $116 to date! So if you want to be a life long member give them a call but for less $$$$$ your could just buy a couple fitness videos!

Great Gym. I love this gym.They have some of the best instructors I have ever taken a class from. TheSpinning program is AWESOME! You will feel right at home. All the staff know you and talk to you when you come in. I've lost 11lbs since I started and they sent me a card to congratulate me. What fitness club does that??????

Very impressed.
Frankly I don't know who wrote those other reviews....I have only been a member for 3 months but during that time I found the facilities always VERY CLEAN not even any dust any where! The restroom is always clean. The equipment is in excellent condition and always working. The staff is VERY friendly and the trainers are VERY knowledgeable. In all the years and different gyms I have belonged to I have never been so pleased across the board with the level of enthusiam and professionalism shown by the instructors. the are ALL just super. Lots of classes to choose from and you should see the amount of quality equipment and spring floor in the big classroom.! Additionally the age range, level of fitness and size of members working out varies greatly so no one should feel intimidated. beginners to advanced fitness level gals I think feel welcome! I am there almost every day and I have yet to see any of what was described above. And it is much more affordable than many places. Go see for yourself!

Not what its cracked up to be. I joined only for a short time. Did not like it at all. Not very friendly. Very dirty. No trainers. Nothing really good to say about it at all. Ladies please look elsewhere. Dont waste your time here. I hate to write a review like this but I just want everyone to know before they waste their time and money. Thanks!

DONT GO !!!!!!. Dont go!!! Dont waste your hard earned money at this place. VERY DIRTY!!! RUDE EMPLOYEES!!! Owner will be nice to you until she gets you to sign up...then, forget it your just a number and they do nothing for you. No real trainers!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! There are far better places to go. Yes, it may be ladies only, however most of them are snobby! VERY UNFRIENDLY PLACE!!!
