Great gym. They have really great personal trainers and its open 24 hours. Not crowded, you dont have to deal with sales people, and no one bothers you while you work out. The best gym I've been able to find in Denver by far

Great gym. I found this gym on City search. I was uncomfortable at the bigger gyms because I have a little weight to lose but this place is great. Everyone is so nice. When I signed up I met with a personal trainer, Chad, he was so nice and so cute! He showed me all of the machines and answered all my questions. The best part is it is a private gym so I don't have to worry about people judging me. I love this place. I will tell everyone I know this place is awesome.

This place is coool!!. I love this place! Most of the time when I come to work out I am the only one here. It's like having a personal Gym. I worked with Mark the trainer and he got me started on the right excersises and the right machines. HIGHLY reccommend this place.
