DO NOT SHOP THERE! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and next is the attorney general's office. I purchased two items for over $800.00. I told them when I got back to my room I would verify the deal and if it was bad that I would be back. They run your credit card and THEN give you an itemized receipt that states, ALL SALES FINAL. They are slick, just stay away.
It is sad that there are businesses like this that sell their products far above market rates since 2007?!? I can not believe they still exist. Maybe they do not understand that we are trying to to keep them in life by purchasing products offline. Personally, I almost do not care that I paid $ 238 for items that cost just under $ 20 online. For me it means that I can not support this kind of business in the future unless I'm forced to. Apparently it is also inevitable since this business could do it since 2007 without being closed. Letters like these ought to be sufficient by themselves.
LOW DOWN CROOKS !!!! WARNING Do not buy there. They tried to deduct USD 2,300.00 from my creditcard for products worth 230.00 Don't go there ever.

San Francisco is a LOVELY city, but these guys left me some bad reminders... Its bad to remind my loss, but I think I lost almost USD 500,00 there...I bought a LUMIX FZ-47 and some cheap lenses and UV filter only...paid so much more....please somebody help to STOP these guys !!!! Thanx a LOT !!! Daniel, from Brazil...
This Store will steal from you!!!!! – On 7/4/11 we were taken at this store. We purchase a couple of lens and was quoted a discounted price from a very knowledgeable and friendly guy. He gave our credit card to another man who rang up the order. When we got back to the motel we had been charged list price. They have a very smooth con and are good at their stealing. Please be warned. This store is nothing but a bunch of THIEVES!!!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! – We were just in the city this last weekend, and visited the store on Monday 3/28/11. There are several camera stores, and they were all a little pushy and seemed shady. This one however, seemed to have a bit nicer of salemen.
I must preface, that we were indeed unsaavy shoppers, because we do not typically get hosed like we did at this store. So they are SUPER shady and will try and con you out of your money, but in the end we as consumers should be a bit more cautious and educated. Long story short he gave us a price, we bawked at it, he went down quite a bit, but in the end he still charged us about $200 more than the camera actually retails for! We bought an Olympus 800uz.
Just save yourself some money and buy online or at a trusted big chain retailer! You will not get hosed like you will at one of these stores that are trying to take advantage of happy-go-lucky tourists. We are usually much smarter and let our guard down, and shops like Web Camera Inc, will be there to capitalize.
I will defenitely not recommend this shop ! – I went into the shop 21 july 2007 and asked for a Canon XTI (EOS 400D).
The salesman gave me a price of 699 USD including a 18-55 lense. I could not deside so I left. On the way out the salesman gave me a new price on 499. I told him that I am in town for some days, so I would come back.
Two days later 23. juli I was again in the shop but the same sales man was not there. The manager said that the price 499 is only the body, the price including linse is 599. And I am sure that the manager remebered from the first day because I also talked with him that day.
When I started to argue to much I was asked to leave the shop and another salesman came towards me so I really felt unsafe and left the shop quickly.
I really means this is unseriously sales methods.
Really bad store, very unfriendly people, very root. Also very expensive and bad quality.
