Don't answer their phone – Do I have to even give it one star? Keep calling and the not a soul answers.... it just rings about 8 times and then it disconnects. Really, Prada can't afford voicemail service?
Dickiest Manager Ever – I wanted to get a Prada purse of mine repaired. A sales person got the manager who said, "If it was purchased over a year ago, we can't fix it." To which I replied, "But a friend mentioned to me that Prada purses were guaranteed for life." He LAUGHED and responded, "What do you know that is guaranteed for life?"
I can tell you one thing that is guaranteed for life, I will NEVER buy another Prada item for the rest of my life.
PRADA is AMAZING – AMAZING STORE! One of my favorite stores anywhere. The design and concept is very modern, chic and elegant. The staff is very friendly and the products are very innovative, eye-catching and great! Absolutely enjoy every experience to this store!
Poor products, Poor Service. "You get what you pay for" not true at Prada – I'm not sure how great these guys are. They sold me $300 sunglasses that broke off the hinge months later with regular use and when I sent it in to them for repair, they never botherd sending it back. So, i'm not sure what that says for (A) the quality of their products or (B) their service.
Why do I mention the price? "You get what you pay for". Apparently, not at Prada.
Cutting-edge fashion inside Rodeo Drive's most progressive building. – In Short
The goods of the Italian clothing, footwear and accessories company play supporting roles in this architectural gem designed by Rem Koolhaas and Ole Scheeren of OMA. There's no sign on the exterior, but with the width of its ground floor open to Rodeo Drive it's not exactly hiding. Moving from street to store requires crossing over subterranean display cases showing off sexy new arrivals.
Luggage and women's shoes take up what first-floor space isn't dominated by the rise and run of the wave-like central staircase. The second story displays women's wear along a pocked green shell of a perimeter. The third floor (reached by a small, sidelined staircase) shows off men's shoes, suits and sportswear, as well as a panoramic view of Beverly Hills from behind a floor-to-ceiling plate-glass window that echoes the width of the ground-floor entrance.
