Terric and the best! – Never have I had a better massage therapist and that means a LOT of years. Not only great at this, but extremely knowledgeable in getting you to take action. He is easy to talk with and if anyone is looking for someone who knows what he is doing, I would highly recommend this place.

It was obvious after i made a few trips there that he did not at getting a little training as I have found at so many places, just enough to say they are "Massage therapists" and I can tell you from experience, THEY ARE NOT. A title does not make you anything, it's what you do with it

The name tells it all Bridge to Healing Arts. It is so true. I was on antibiotics on a frequent basis and he told me what I needed to do and now NO ANTIBIOTICS since then.

I know this is a bit rambling, but take it from this old lady, he is a Godsend for me, as I have a lot of things to work on.

Healing Arts is an Appropriate Name – I recommend the work done in this establishment.

If a person has muscle pain or stiffness, "Bridge To Health" is where it can be effectively addressed. The work is therapeutic deep muscle massage. As well, it is relaxing and rejuvinating.

The atmosphere is friendly, healing and gentle. The office accomodations are designed to put a person in a relaxed and healing attitude. It is comfortable, clean and smells wonderful of esssential oils. I have received effective and healing body work here. The staff is very appropriate and helpful.

The general approach is to help one incorporate all sorts of modalities that aid healing and comfort, from recommended exercises to dietary support.

The staff maintains a schedule of training in therapeutic disciplines. Consequently they are able to present the state-of-the-art developments in physical therapeutic healing arts. Here one receives truly effective treatment for muscle pain.

The office is run in an efficient, courteous and friendly manner. Calls are promptly returned and schedules strictly honored.

I would recommend this therapeutic massage without reservation.

Therapeudic Massage Relieves Pain – The owner of Bridge to Health has worked on 4 generations of my family, all for relief of chronic pain and stiffness. He has treated my middle-aged mother's whiplash, my elderly grandmother's stiffness and aches, and my muscle stiffness caused from having a chronically pinched nerve. He even treated my 2 week old infant who was born with torticollis, a painful condition that results from having certain neck muscles that are so tight as to limit movement. In fact, I drove weekly from Nashville for about 5 months for the baby's treatments. I tried another neuromuscular massage therapist here in Nashville hoping to save some $$ on gas, and the baby screamed throughout the entire massage. She never even fussed with Scott from Bridge to Health. Not once. And his massage was so effective! After a treatment, the baby wouldn't cry or need Motrin for a whole week. Scott has a rare gift, getting the knots out without causing you very much pain or bruising your skin.

Don't let the health benefits fool you though. This is a high-end spa treatment. The business is in a residential building that has been zoned commercial, so it has a casual, relaxed feel, not institutional at all. The decor is nice, but not uptight, sort of a spiritual air to it. It is located one block away from the art district in North Chattanooga. The place is perfumed with essential oils and smells wonderful. There is relaxing music playing softly. Lavender oil rubbed onto the soles of your feet (to help you relax) is a standard treatment here. Distilled water is provided. People who want a massage strictly for stress relief will not be disappointed.
