Roadmaster Auto Sales- Clinton Hwy. In all my fifty years buying automobiles this was the worst experence I have ever had.

I bought a 2003 GMC. for cash, the truck looked brand new, I test drove the truck and it drove fine, while driveing I tried to play CD. I put a cd in player and it played but would not eject, when I got back to dealer I told them of the defect, the mechanic removed the cd and I

was told that the cd player had just been cleaned and that I should wait a couple days to let it dry out. I asked if there were any more defects in the truck and was told there were none.

I waited and then put another cd in player, and it stuck again, upon driveing the truck for two days I found several more defects. I went back to dealer and told them of defects.

I was told that the cd player would be replaced and that the other defects would be looked into. After trying for two months to get the defects fixed. not one item was fixed and I gave up trying !!

Roadmaster Auto Sales taught me a valuable lesson, DO NOT BUY ON APPERENCE, DO NOT BUY WITHOUT A WARRENTY, AND DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD FOR ANYTHING

FIRESIDE CHALETS PIGEON FORGE TN – We were so excited about our first Tennessee mountains family vacation...then reality set in when we got there....cabin #819 Cozy Country was NOT what we expected...the pics on the website showed a larger, cleaner cabin...IT WASN'T!..... needs upgrades badly...on the front porch before walking in the door the patio furniture was FILTHY...no morning coffee out there...once we entered there were stains on the carpet...frayed edges of carpet...sofa/loveseat had dead bugs on it & in window seals every where...under the pillows of sofa/loveseat there was trash...it was obvious that NO vacuuming had been done to the cabin...dining rm table was DISGUSTING...kitchen OMG!...soiled & greasy potholders..drink stains on shelving in fridge...DID NOT USE Hot Tub at all...shower head broken in bathroom....broken blinds...broken window screens on flr...bed linen had pet hair...IF PETS HAVE BEEN THERE PREVIOUSLY WE SHOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN...ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES WE HAVE EVER HAD...We did not have great comments for Firesides survey...upon check out we arrived before 8am waiting for the office to open & it did not open until 8:45 am...employees were standing outside waiting for someone to open up....the person at the reservation desk offered no apologies and said someone would call us back...WE DO EXPECT A REFUND! DO YOUR RESEARCH! FIND ANOTHER CABIN RENTAL COMPANY...NOT FIRESIDE CHALETS...

EDEN CREST PIGEON FORGE TN – Worst Nightmare II!!!!By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/03/08Upon arrival at Eden Crest we wanted to drop a trailer off, but we couldn't check in till 4. No problem we went ahead checked in and was given directions to our cabin, they would call us with the code at 4 pm to get into the cabin. Once we got to the cabin SURPRISE there were 2 maintenance men there, that told us the sewage pump was broken. They sent us back to the office, said that no one was staying in that cabin. When we got back to the office we were told we could have a 3 bedroom cabin (we had 11 people) with air mattresses or a 8 bedroom cabin for $250 more and we couldn't sleep in 2 of the beds. Our cabin was a 5 bedroom 5 bath. We asked the manager who was handling our situation if that seemed reasonable to her and she said "No." We understand that these things happen. What upsets us is the fact the men at our cabin when we had got there told us that it had been out for three days prior to our arrival. In my eyes if they knew the sewage pump was out and we weren't going to be able to stay in our cabin why did they #1 over book and #2 not have something else for us to stay in. They knew we would be there we had paid for our cabin 3 months in advance. Further more she informed us that she would refund our money but was not their responsibility to help us find accommodations. She also stated that there were motels all over Pigeon Forge. We understood that but if we wanted a motel we would of booked a motel for the weekend. We wanted a cabin which is why we took the time to find one suitable for us and our other guest that we invited to go on this trip. We also talked to people throughout the rest of our weekend that said we should be thankful that is all that happened to us. One last note for those who think that this situation is not all that bad, while we were in the office trying to work something out with the manager another unhappy guest of Eden Crest was wanting to get a new cabin, he felt as if his was unlivable...MICE!User Rating LocationWas this review helpful? This place has issues.By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/19/10Girls at the counter were great but when upper management was needed to make a decision on an error on their part, they were no where to be found. When they were finally located the next day, they did nothing in the interest of customer service. I would never go back and have told many corporate partners and friends to stay away....

Physician-neurologist, located in Knoxville, TN – This neurologists is either obviously dense to the fact that his patients need help or he doesn't control his staff very well as calls are directed to the nurse who then calls back with unsatisfactory information for the paient:

In my case, I have had to deal directly with the insurance company, for which is a state medicaid program, who tells me what the "doctor" needs to do, I then call with the suggestion that the insurance company has made in order to straigten things out. Ths physician's office then calls me and states they do not do P.A.'s (Prior Authorizations) for which I did not ask for; I asked for a form of "Medical Necessity" in order for the P.A. to be obtained from one such as my PCP (Primary care Physician) to get it for me through the insurance company. Clearly I am disregarded as an insignificant patient because of either my status under medicaid or just because they are incompetant or both, probably both. I have many health problems for which it is MY responsibility to keep in line but I keep getting held back by blantent ignorance of the staff of my current neurologist. I do not believe this neurologist to be very successful because he is only as good as his staff (who controls his ability to communicate properly and effectively with his patients. I would never, will never suggest this physcian to any other living being because you have to work much too hard to get what you have to have to function properly especially if, like me, you has Multiple Sclerosis.

It is not worth the hour's drive to get to the office when you need to go back to the office because nothing can be solved by phone.
