Below average in all aspects – Small store with limited selection. They do have some nice hand blown glass pieces, but all the nice ones are way overpriced. Lots of cheap stuff to choose from, though. Other than glass, this head shop lacks what most others have (clothing, accessories, posters, etc.). They have a section of posters, but they are all unorganized and you can't find the one you want even after asking for help (which I did, and the lady that helped me told me she had no clue how they were organized and they don't get new ones for a couple months so try back then if I can't find what I'm looking for). Good location right off Alameda, but there are several much better smoke shops within a 10 minute drive that would be worth the drive (even high!). On a little more positive note, they did have some decent sales going on while I was there, but only on unwanted items. The piece I looked at on sale was cracked, which sounds similar to a previous review, so buyer beware!

SELLS CRACKED & USED GLASS w/ NO RETURNS - STAY AWAY! – Before ever walking in the store I had heard bad things about this place, now I know why. I just bought a $10 glass bowl piece from them since I was driving by and needed a replacement. Told the girl exactly what size I needed and she grabbed one and wrapped it up. I paid for the purchase (and got no receipt, which makes me wonder if it was ever registered as a sale) and traveled home. When I got home I unwrapped the bubble wrap to find a cracked bowl. So I called them and asked to exchange it for a non-cracked one. The man I talked to on the phone said that I could have broken it and they do not do any refunds or exchanges for any reason and a sign telling you to look at any piece you buy before leaving is posted out front. I didn't realize there were businesses that would sell cracked glass (or in my co-workers case, used glass) in the first place so one would even have to check. And if they want customers to check every piece, maybe they should hand it to them and let them look at it before wrapping it up to go.

If they wouldn't return a $10 glass bowl, one can see how good their customer service is. About as high as the total IQ of the people working in the store, which is not very. I will never shop there again and glad I only lost $10 to them. Co-workers at work talked about getting a $200+ water pipe from there that once they got home realized had been used due to small bits of resin inside, but I didn't listen. Now I'm the one passing on the story of getting screwed by this place.

STAY AWAY! Too many other smoke shops in the area to deal with one you will have to worry about if you are getting screwed or not.

Awesome store, clean, killer selection – At first sight, I was weary. However, once you walk in, it is bigger then it looks, and is nice and clean with a hell of an assortment. Friendly help. Can't go wrong if your looking for head shop items.
