Few Cashiers/Long Wait in Line. Decent store as far as location, supplies, cleanliness, etc. but you can never find anyone on the floor to help you and even worse they are ALWAYS understaffed on the cash registers. Sometimes they will have only 1 or 2 cashiers and up to FIFTEEN people in line. They have no sense of urgency and do not call for backup. No manager shows up to help get customers through. I have waited in line for over 15 minutes before just to get one item. Other Michael's do not have this problem. Just the Troy store. Very poor customer service.
