Good food and service. I eat here fairly regularly. My favorite is the Tuscana soup with hot bread sticks and from there I tend to enjoy various favorites like the Tour of Italy, and the Classic Lasagna along with experimenting. None so far has been bad.

Their deserts are very good from the Tiramisu and Apple Crostada to the Lemon Crumb Cake.

They have a very wide range of interesting drinks with and without liquor and they have a fairly wide selection of wines in cheap to moderate price ranges. And for those who like harder liquor there is a decent regular bar.

A very comfortable, pleasant dining experience.

Traditional dishes and all -you-can-eat salad, soup and bread sticks are the draw at this upscale-casual Italian restaurant.. In Short
Established in 1982, this chain gained a following for its laid-back atmosphere and generous portions. Patrons settle into comfortable booths and tables in dining rooms with plants, artwork and décor reminiscient of the villas in the Tuscan countryside. Starters include scampi, sausage or pepperoni pizza, and several soup choices, as well as a signature seafood dip (crab, shrimp, cheese and marinara). Entrees include classics like lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmigiana. There are also "Garden Fare" options, which promise 30 percent fewer calories.

Boring, bland and generic. I always get sucked back into eating at the Olive Garden whenever an older family memeber wants to dine somewhere "everyone will like" and each time I ask myself why I bother to order anything but the only thing on the menu that is actually good, the Tuscan potato soup. The first time I ever ate at an Olive Garden was in the early 90s and they haven't gotten any better. Many of the dishes seem to share the same sauces and they taste like they have been sitting under a heat lamp all day. No, they actually look it because the sauces started to develop a film over our dishes when served. That means they sat around. The wines are just terrible and the atmosphere is so mediocre. Why eat there when there is a perfectly good real Italian restaurant right down the street? I guess chains are just comforting to some people.

User review by jadesjewel. This is a once a week stop for us. The food is excellent, the drinks are more then adequate and the service, especially at the bar is fantastic....

Even the bus boy makes sure he greets us.
