about this time every year i have ants in my house this time i decided to call a co. Ant DR. came out on time the same day and spent at least an hour inspecting and explaining to me just how there system worked the inspector seemed knowledgeable & to genuinely care about my house and the destruction these ants would cause left untreated or just spot sprayed,well its been a week no ants im glad i made the call !!

Very unprofessional. Terrible customer service and generally not professional AT ALL. I paid them to service a home in walled lake for ants. They showed up in a beat-up car and it didn't look like they knew what they were doing. I later asked if I could receive an invoice by e-mail and was told they have over 1000 customers and I expect them to personally email me an invoice?... well yea, you're supposed to be running a business. I called back to cancel service and they asked why, I said they were somewhat unprofessional and the guy seriously said: "how's this for unprofessional, kiss my a&@", then he hung up. I'm not sure how they are still in business.... after all of this and them servicing my place twice, I still have an ant problem…

Not to be trusted. This guy is not licensed to dispense pesticides in Michigan. He'll take your money for future services, and then never show up to deliver service. Don't trust him!
