These guys have always come through for us. From top down, you can tell they have similar laid-back attitudes, easy to get along with and they just want to help make things work for you. When our copier went down the day I had to go to China for 3 weeks, they had a loaner in our door fast, and we took care of the details after I got back. Now we have a "new" used copier, more features than before, good rates, and absolutely no complaints!

Poor Customer Service. I called this company today to explore our options and was met with one of the employees by the name of karen, she was very rude and arrogant, even befor we got into what I wanted she told me that it would cost me to talk to a tech, so I asked her to have the manager call me back due to the fact she told me everyone was at lunch? When the so called manager called back he wasnt any more helpful than she was,he told me it must have been something she percieved in my voice, at that time I told him that our company was thinking of doing businesss with his company but not any more we would be going with another copy company.

Best Copier Company in Town.
I've purchased numerous copier systems for my businesses over the years. Most of the time you get pressure sales and then no follow-up after the sale. I thought all copier companies were like that until I ran into Ron Cox at Preferred Copier System. I bought a copier system from Ron at Preferred Copier Systems in November 2012 and I couldn't be happier. Ron and his sales staff were so professional and knowledgeable not only before the sale but afterword as well. Plus, their line of products and pricing was very favorable compared to the other copier companies in Seattle.
With respect to the products themselves, I can honestly say that my new system is greatly enhancing the productivity in my office due to the added functionality of the system compared to my old setup. Plus, the machines are bullet proof with extremely reliable performance (rarely even a paper jam). I never thought a copier system would make a difference but with the help of Preferred Copier Systems staff and products I now think otherwise. I highly recommend the team at Preferred Copier Systems.

Great Company to do business with!. Our company has been using Preferred Copier’s for the last 9 plus years. I have been responsible for the leases for our company and have worked with Ron Cox. For each lease in our company, he has taken the time to learn the business needs of the group so that they can provide the best equipment. He has offered whatever training is needed for our individuals and has done many follow up calls to make sure they are maximizing the machine. Preferred Copiers is reasonably quick to respond to repair requests and the repair is commonly done right the first time. They have always taken the time to make sure we understand the lease we are entering and there has never been an unwanted surprise in them. The bids have always been competitive. As a previous review noted, I feel that my company as the customer, is THEIR most important customer. I find Preferred Copiers to be of the highest integrity and has provided outstanding customer service.
