Reviews for Patient First

i went to this patient first after i could not get in to see my regular PCP for a sinus infection ,Was examined by a PA after 2 hrs .Since i suffer from chronic sinusitis it was agreed that i should take biaxin. After i returned home i noticed he wrote for only 1 weeks worth of antibiotics(standard dosing for chronic sinusitis is 2 weeks). The next day i called the office and explained the situation to a nurse and was told they would work on it.The next day after no confirmation ,I called again and explained it to another nurse then waited another 4 hrs and no confirmation. It wasnt until the third call that i made ,and stated that i am a 20 yr critical care and ED rn did i get taken seriously! Now i have to go through the hassle of paying for 2 medications and taking time out of my day to get them !will not go to this PF agian

Great care and service, Excessive charges! – So my six year-old had a rhinestone stuck in her ear (I know, why she thought THAT was a good idea is beyond me...oh yeah, she's six:) Having had a great experience with our 13 year-olds soccer injury, we headed in. We were seen promptly and with kindness. The Doctor looked in, found a microscopic pair of tweezers and voila! We were on our way, no tears in sight. Until...the bill arrived. We had paid the $30 co-pay as anticipated, but they were asking for another $150 and coded it as surgery! Letters and conversations yielded no change...Too bad, we will NOT be back. Perhaps I could have purchased their tweezers for $100 bucks and called it a day?
