I got ripped off by a BLUE CAB driver. – Visiting Chicago for the first time. Used BLUE CAB to get me and my wife to a CTA train station. The person that requested the cab told the dispatcher that we needed to be taken to a GREEN LINE station. I told the driver we needed to be taken to the Harlem Green Line Station. I told him that the route he was taking to the station was not how to get there. He took us to the Harlem BLUE LINE station and told us that it was the Green Line Station. Having never been there we assumed he was being truthful and that this was just another route to get there.
It took us nearly 90 minutes to get back to our hotel. Out over $25 bucks for 2 cab rides because this blue cab driver wanted to pad his tab by $10 bucks. Called the owner Joyce Ryan and she never called me back.

There in a hurry for a late night emergency – I'm not sure if it was this branch, but I had a pet emergency at 2AM and called Blue Cab. The dispacher was very caring and got me a cab very quick. All went well at the animal hospital.
I have used Blue Cab about several times to the Airport and each time the service was promt and timley. I called in advance, the cab would call me upon arrival - get me to my destination. – I've used Blue Cab several times too and from the Airport and each time the service was promt and timley. I received their phone number from my daughter and it works for me - other than the cabs are not perfect cars - the driver was courtious and promt.
The cab service is horrendous and customer service ...even worst! – Horrible Service. I called 2 days earlier for a ride to the Airport scheduled at 6AM. Well, 6AM came and left. No cab, No call, No nothing, I tried to contact the cab company and I was dumped into an answering machine. Needless to say, I ended up having to drive my own car, park at the airport and pay almost $100 in garaging fees. Worst of all, I missed my flight. So, if you need a cab, for your own sake ...CALL ANOTHER COMPANY!!
