Purgatory. I'm 19 and I went to Purgatory for the first time this past Thursday and I had alot of fun! This club is definitely a young scene- meaning 18-21. Many (not all) girls dress trashy here and it's really smoke-filled. I stayed in heaven the whole time because I was a bit afraid to go to Hell, actually! But i had fun. I liked the music and I got to dance with my friends without really being bothered by a lot of strangers. I would probably go again, but before 11 because the charge for girls goes up from 5 to 10 and for guys from 10 to 15. Parking was free and close by and it took us no time at all to get through the "line" they make people wait in outside. Overall good experience for an underage and I would probably go again.

Over rated club. I left work early to make it to Purgatory before 11PM so the cover charge would be cheaper. It was supposed to be Jason Terry's birthday bash and hosted by T.O. Me and my girls made it there by 10:30 and the line wasn't that long. But the line also wasn't moving! So you would think the club was just crowded inside. We finally got to the front of the line at 11:03PM and the girls tells it is after 11 so we have to pay $20 each! Now being over 21 yrs of age I don't feel we should have to pay cover and certainly not $20! But we drove all the way there from Denton and wanted to party with everyone they claimed was going to be there so we payed the cover. Once inside we noticed hardly anyone there and no famous people at all! So what they did was held us outside just so we would have to pay more money. The third floor was for VIP only which I'm glad I didn't pay for that! VIP people had wrist bands on and they kept coming down to the first and second floor. At first I thought all the famous people were hiding out in VIP which wasn't fair but when I asked people with wrist bands on if they had seen anyone famous up there they said "no" Last night was my first and last time to go to Purgatory. It is over rated and over priced and not trust worthy.

fabulous. I love this club.

The first floor can be VERY crowded and usually only plays rap.

The second floor is usually pretty empty and plays a lot of techno type stuff.

The third floor is where I normally stay. There's usually still room to dance, and the edges stay a lot less crowded than the main part of the floor. I've never had a hard time getting a drink.

Line usually moves fast, and if you don't want to wait in line go to accessdallas in order to get on the guest list!

Kick Azz Thursday !. Thursdays college night is so fun. its not like those other lounges where you have to be SUPER dressed up to get in, but the dress code still keeps the crowd a good looking group-. i saw alot of tackiness that got denied at the door.

the promoters for this place are HOT and actually attend so its always fun when you have some eye-candy! (punn intended...the chick Kandy that advertises for it is way cute) and they actually interact with the crowd.

drink specials are great! $1 shots in hell alllll night! may be why the hell crowd is a little dirtier.... but it gets better as you go up.

the celeb guests have been great about taking pictures with fans and everything, the promoters are good about it too.

my girlfriends and i go every thursday and are rarely disappointed.

great great club and would definately recommend it. the new 2nd floor hooka lounge was a great touch and the DJ knows what hes doing. the top 3 floors are great, hell i stay out of unless its time for a SHOT :)

im thrilled about summer time, a bunch of my girls are coming to Dallas for the summer and quite a few of them cant wait to check out Purgatory

To many mexicans from ft worth. Lots of Ft. Worth dirty Mexicans. The only thing that can come from that is violence and crime. Do us all a favor and stick to that side of town. This place is very dirty and again stuffed full of dirty mexicans.

Worse club. What's up w/ the little bouncer...he is what they say suffers "little man syndrome"... They let all sort of people in, one freak in particular...he looks like Pedro from "Napoleon Dynamite"... he acts like he grinding on the female and then he pick pockets them. What's all that about, we ain't in no 3rd world country. He did it to my friend, we confront the a@#$%!@ and let the security/bouncer know...they talking about he's a regular and lets him go. If I see this a@#$%!@ again outside the club, I'm going to hurt him. This club sucks..will not ever go back, even if they pay me too. No recommendation from me...unless your a scank, h!%, or a little a$$ bitch!!:P

ew. Purgatory was my first club experience, and my friends and I stayed in heaven the whole time... it was the only place that wasn't disgusting. Each floor was ridiculously crowded, especially on Thursday nights. While Thursday night.."college night" isn't so bad as far as creepers go....Saturdays are terrible. Trashy people everywhere. Also, the advertisement s are usually misleading, saying that ladies are free until such and such time and then charging you 15 dollars at the door with some excuse. Wouldn't recommend.

THREE WORDS. TERRIBLE, DON'T GO!!!!!!!!!!

THE WORST CLUB EXPERIENCE, I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A CLUB AND COULD'T GET A DRINK, WE BOUGHT TICKETS AHEAD OF TIME FOR A NEW YEARS EVE THING THE YEAR BEFORE LAST, AND HAD TO STAND OUT SIDE WHILE THEY LET IN TEENEY BOPPERS, WHO SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT HOME, AND THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE TICKETS LIKE ME AND ALL THE OTHER GUEST IN THE LINE. BAD MANAGMENT!

Would of recommended if it was 2006. yeah that clubs was the place to go to back 2005 or something, but the wannabe gansterrrrsss or whatever always take over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fun. When i went i personally had a great time . People are saying that they saw trashy people and yada yada but everyone looked great to me there were a select few that were a little tasteless but its a club of course there are going to be trashy people there. Heaven and Purgatory looked very nice, hell on the other hand not so much. It started randomly flooding in hell that was akward but overall My friends and i had a fantastic time.
