SCUM OF THE EARTH!!!!!!!!!!!!! – SAME HERE!!!!! THIS COMPANY TOOK MONEY ($480.00) OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ON 11/22/10!!!!!! I DON`T KNOW WHO THIS COMPANY IS!!!!!! WHAT THE HELL!!!! I WAS XMAS SHOPPING AND ADDED UP ALL OF MY RECEIPTS AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW.....NOTICED THAT THERE WAS A MAJOR PROBLEM. THIS COMPANY IS HEARTLESS! THIS MAY TAKE UP TO 14 DAYS TO GET SITUATED. NOW I MAY HAVE TO "CANCEL XMAS"!!!!!! I`M HEADED TO THE BANK RIGHT NOW AND I`LL BE CHANGING MY ACCOUNT NUMBER AND DEBIT CARD NUMBER!!!!!!! OH AND WHEN I CALLED THE NUMBER THAT WAS LISTED A VOICE MAIL SAID THAT THIS IT "SANTANDER FINANCIAL".......WTF!!!!!!?????? THIS IS A SCAM !!!!!!!!

FRAUDULANT COMPANY – THIS COMPANY WITH THIS ADDRESS TOOK $$ OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT! I HAVE NO IDEA WHO THIS COMPANY IS-I GOOGLED IT AFTER SEEING THE WITHDRAWAL COME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT! THE SERVICE REP ACTUALLY ASKED ME FOR MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER-IS HE SERIOUS? AND IT WOULD OF BEEN NICE IF HE WOULD KNOW HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH IN THE FIRST PLACE! *AND THE ONLY REASON I RATED THIS COMPANY AT ALL IS BECAUSE ITS REQUIRED*

A company with NO security on your acct. No common sense. No solutions. – Like so many other reveiws I have read on the web (now at least), I wish I could grant it a half star instead of a whole star. I purchased a new car in June and at the very last minute the car company told me they financed me through a different company than originally discussed. From the point it was.. Welcome to Drive Financial... ugh. In the first weeks of my relationship with them, they insisted I was married and had another car with them that was in default. Im a bit confused by this since they use SSNs (every time you call.. .giving some stranger your FULL SSN???) addresses, DOB and everything else to verify who you are. After a week of arguments and me telling the dealership they were about own the car again.. they realised I was not the same person as the one they were referring to. The only "likes" we had to each other were similar names and we both resided in the same state... thats all.

Ok.. so I got over that issue.. I decided to make my payments each month via thier option and charge of $10.95 per payment. I did this because it seems like the most direct route to assure they would have said payment on record and in hand when due. Every month I make the payment online, every month I pay $25-40 more than due. About 3 mths ago I called and asked if they could change my payment due day by about a week.. they informed me that if I needed to pay on the 1-2d of ea month, it wouldnt be considered late anyways. So.. left the due date at the 27th, pay on the 1st of each month.

Today I found out someone has changed my business address in my acct. Called DF to find out why. They cant explain, matter of fact.. no one has EVER noted or been in my acct according to them. Oh, and even though my payments arent "Late", im paying some extra $20 PER DAY fee for every day between the 27th and 1st for the past 3 mths. Horrid horrid service, extremely misleading. Ive faithfully paid, OVERPAID each mth. This company has NO SECURITY on your acct.

refuses to give an inch – I mailed my car payment on oct 6, 08, to date no payment received. the csr was rude and just says to call back tomorrow, i did talk to a supervisor last week who suggested i put a stop payment on the 2 checks, my son helped me make my car payment. if we do that, there will be 2 stop payment charges, then if checks received by drive, we will be charged a fee for stop payments. i did talk to a supervisor last week and she did tell me to put a stop payment on the checks since i dont want them floating around. when i called the csr 2day, i asked to speak with the supervisor, i was informed she was helping another customer,then when i asked to hold for her, the csr says shes at lunch. so in my opinion she lied. i dont know what to do. i emailed drive, no response, i am now writing a letter. the phone #'s listed always bring you to customer service so you cant talk to an administrator or anyone with some kind authority, seems all they want is their money, which they are getting me for 21.75% interest, they will not re-negotiate either, its in their FAQ.

Worse Place ever – Drive Financial has the worse customer service I have ever dealt with. They lie to you and they are not very courteous at all. They make arrangements with you and constantly call as if the arrangements were never made and most of the time when you do make arrangements they do not key it into the system. i hate I ever dealt with Drive Financial.

Still waiting on Drive Financial to show proof of paid loan – The car dealership I purchased a new car through in January of 2007 really nailed me good by routing me through Drive Financial Services. They managed to get my car payment to a reasonable $400 a month but it was over a 72 month period at an ungodly 14.5% interest rate. I faithfully made payments for the next six months until finally getting smart and deciding to trade the 2006 model in for a 2008 model at another dealership. This time however I dealt with my Credit Union and the interest rate was cut in half. I am actually paying less than $400 a month for a nicer vehicle over a shorter term. Go figure. I will not ever deal with Central Kia again nor will I allow another dealership to ever submit through Drive Financial. It has been nearly two months since the full payment was sent to Drive Financial based on the payoff they reported to my new dealer. I get a statement last week saying I still owe another $23.00. Where did that come from? Drive supplied the payoff and it was good through the month of August. So I was on the phone today trying to get through to Drive Financial. Well I sat on the phone in a lame recording loop for nearly an hour. At 6:04pm the recording stopped and then they disconnected me without so much as a warning or apology. Either their services shut down at 6pm or the helpdesk or service representative didn't feel like taking the call. Either way I'm still trying to reach them to get a faxed copy that shows proof that my loan is paid off. It is required by the Kia dealership to reimburse for unused vehicle WRAP / warrant coverage. I'll probably have to wait until my next Drive Financial statement to show that it is fully paid off or get another surprise of another unknown charge or amount. I recommend to stay away from Drive Financial for car loans.

Lately I've had some negative experiance with Drive Financial it appears that someone

went into my account information and removed my employer and subsittued another employer

removed my record of payments and my cosigner information. Either the server needs some

reworking for mixing files or there is a hacker on the loose. Some of the personnel are polite

although the records of the payments are not in the good accounting order. Emailed company

on this matter with no response.

employes ruined company – Drive Finanacial has caused me many sleepless nights, mental and emotional stress, endless hours on the phone with them, jeopardizing my livelyhood and finanical hardship by continuing to demand money from me that I do not owe and threatining me with reposession if I do not pay them. I have payed over $900.00 in one month to catch myself up as they requested then days later I get a phone call from yet another representative stating they have no idea who I've spoken to before but I have to deal with them now under completely new circumstances. The employees running the customer service division of Drive financial are destroying Drive Financial are these employees and the customers they are harrassing. Note to Drive financial:.... THE WORLD WILL NOT ALLOW SUCH DISFUNCTIONAL BUSINESS PRACTICES AND YOU WILL BE BROUGHT DOWN!!! Sincerely, Mark

P.S. I do promise to Drive Financial to contact every legal avenue without ceasing until you people hire a capable, ethical, management team.

I WILL NEVER FINANCE THROUGH DRIVE AGAIN..... THEY EMOTIONALLY DESTROY YOU – Drive Financial are so unorganized that you wonder who is running that company. I made more payments in three months then normal people would ever. Each time I paid them , they needed more money. The collectors are rude, and very uneducated. They tried to threaten me with calling the sheriffs dept to arrest me for "stealing" my car. As a collector for 15 years they didn't want to speak to me because I knew more then them and they violated your consumer rights. Each rep had a different answer for the same problem. They told me that even if I made payments they would still come and get my car. They called you all day and all night and no one knew what the other one was doing. Each rep seemed to be someone's manager. the company wouldn't provide you with accurate answers to very simple questions. Each person there is uneducated and is worried about making a commission off your payment. They are rude, ignorant obnoxious people. When I asked to speak to the top person they told me that Kevin Jenson refused my call because he doesn't speak to people that owe Drive money. Mrs. Hartford insulted my intergrity . Mr. Jones told me that he thinks he would need to hold my hand to make payments, and Mrs. Cotton just put me on hold and then hung up on me. They offered my ex in laws money to tell them information about me. They called her after 10pm and admitted it. I would NEVER finance a car from these people again. They should be ashamed about how they violate consumers rights and it's really pathetic because they don't know they do it.
