Read the fine print... – I booked Rebekah in 2009 for a wedding. When the wedding was called off she kept the deposit (typical with vendors) but ALSO made us pay half of the cost of the flowers. The wedding was more than three months away so we know that no work had actually been done.
Since then, both my sister and I have noth started planning different weddings. In DB's attempt to make a few extra thousand of dollars last year kept them from the $25K they would have made this year doing both of our weddings. It was extremely short-sighted of DM profesionally. With as many florist as there are in the area I wouldn't recommend DM to anyone. I have recommended to all of my engaged friends to look elsewhere.
HORRIBLE – Worst wedding vendor ever! Use anyone else!
Sent wrong colored flowers!! – Dream Bouquet provided our wedding flowers and floral arrangements. When signing the contract, we provided Rebekah, the owner, with a swatch of our bridesmaids’ fabric to match with the flowers. We were surprised on the wedding day when she unbelievably delivered the wrong colored flowers! Not only had we stressed that we wanted CORAL lilies to match the dresses but our invoice clearly read “coral Asiatic lilies.” Instead, we received some type of bright orange lilies that clashed with the bridesmaids’ dresses and the rest of the décor. The bouquets were sloppily done with some stems at least six inches longer than the others. Four of the boutonnieres were missing. The other boutonnieres were not wrapped in ribbon as noted on the invoice but only with green floral tape. When contacted, Rebekah rudely and falsely insisted that even though our invoice clearly stated coral, that we had actually ordered orange!?!? She said that the boutonnieres had been delivered to the wedding site and it was not her problem that they somehow mysteriously disappeared!! She was nasty and rude and would take no responsibility for any of these major problems. After spending $5,400 on flowers, we did not receive what we ordered, what our invoice clearly charged for, and what we paid for. She refused to refund any of our money and replied that if we had to pay to have the professional photos photo-shopped to correct the clashing colors that it was “our decision” and in no way her problem. We definitely do not recommend this florist. SHE IS NOT DEPENDABLE AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!
