bad service – I'm sad to say that this is one of those nail shops that says it's your fault when their quality is poor. I,ve had shellac nails done there 3 times. The 1st two were ok... Lasted just about 2 weeks which is par for these shops. The 3rd time I had to go back the next day because they were sticky and dull. She "gladly" fixed them but implied I must've done something to cause it. (Googled and learned this happens when the residue isn't cleaned off well after). She slapped another coat of clear on and after sitting under the ultra violet they were better, even the color. (Which was off a bit before). However, 6 days later they started chipping. On the 8th day I realized the chipping was getting worse and decided to go back. I wasn't sure if she would fix or re-do but the service is guaranteed for two weeks so I was sure she'd "gladly" take care of it again.wrong. Intimidation seems to be how they handle customer service. Speaking to each other in Vietnamese and smirking while they looked at my nails she eventually told me it was my fault and pretty much called me a liar about the # of days. I left vs. Pushing it and wasting yet ANOTHER hour to get them "fixed" and I won't be going back.

Great workers at AA Nails – I went there for a pedicure and a to get a set of solar nails. All the ladies there were professional and friendly. They were very pleasant and paid attention to details. I recommend asking for Amy who done my pedicure and facial. She does the best facial I ever had at any nail/spa establishment. Well worth the money.

poor quality and customer service – Went in for spa pedicure and spa manicure. A woman did my pedicure which was nice. The older man did my pedicure, but he was not friendly at all. It seemed as if he didn't want to be there. Within an hour of getting home, the polish had already started chipping. Also, the top coat was not put on my entire nail bed on any of my fingers. I guess it's amazing what you can see when everything really dries. I called to find out if they would do anything, the older man answered and told me i could come in and they will touch up but not redo because on real nails, the polish chips really fast. I had never heard of that nor experienced that when I polish my nails myself. Needless to say, I will not be returning to A A Nails. Bratton Nails it is. They do an awesome job.

Over charged, under satisfied, and on a rant – As soon as I entered the place, I should have turned and run. Fast. Tommy, the older gent in the nail shop angrily asked what I was in for. A replacement nail and a fill. Nothing too strenuous for a NAIL SALON... with a breath of frustration, Tommy sat me down at the station and began filing away at my existing nails... when it came to the one that needed replacing, he filed, and filed and filed. Almost until it hurt. As he started to layer on the acrylic coating I noticed something stange about the color... but because the power was off I just thought it was the lights (or lack there of) playing tricks on me. When I got back to my office, I noticed that the new nail was purple in color compaired to the rest of my nails... Not acceptable if you ask me. I don't want 9 white nails and one purple one .... beware of this place....over charged and under served.

Stay away, far away.

Rude, crappy service – Just got my nails filled at A A Nails, couldn't get home fast enough to write this review. I had an older man fill my nails, and repair one. As soon as I sat down at the table, i knew it was a mistake. The man had a bad attitude, which got worse when I opted for the cheaper of the two fills offered. He told me my nails would turn yellow. My repaired nail doesn't even look like a human nail, and the acrylic completely doesn't match the rest of my nails. The man was rushing through my fill, and there was no one even waiting. I was in and out in UNDER 15 minutes, with a fill and a repair. At the few other nail shops I go to, it takes nearly an hour for just a fill.

I guess I remember why I drive all the way to the other side of town to get my nails done. I'll NEVER return to A A Nails... even if its FREE!

Great Customer Service – I recently had a spa manicure and spa pedicure done at this business and I had a good experience. The staff was friendly, the enviroment was clean, and work done there was great. The staff was very conversational and helpful with my questions and concerns I had. The manicure and pedicure was very relaxing and enjoyable. I plan on going there for future manicures and pedicures.
