I agree, worst employees ever, they came and inspect your home tell you what they going to do and they do something else instead, 5 little things to do, 2 different day to do it. came on. I call costumer service the worst no apologies no remorse no nothing. gas co. change this company asap. or you gonna have angry costumers. everyone to see this let's call gas co. to change this bad company bo enterprise and complain about this bad service.
Keep eyes on what they do – Even Supervisor don't have customer service concept when dealing with customer. They don't keep track of what they've done and when it comes to their fault, they just say they don't have record of it so they don't know about it. They came out for duck and ac cleaning & sealing. During the services, they broke AC compressor and other parts. They came 5-6 different times to replace the compressor and other parts but they don't have that record. How? My AC was only a year old and they broke it. It must cost them a lot and they don't even have record for those. How can you trust their services? I would NEVER recommend this place. Look for other better places.

THE ACTUAL PHYSICAL SERVICE WAS GOOD, BUT THE PEOPLE SERVICING NEEDS MORE IMPROVEMENTS, SERIOUSLY.
Great service and a wonderful energy-saving program – Steve and his helpers were so pleasant and quick with their service. They were all very thorough in making sure we had all the right fixtures and insulation indicated in the CARE energy program. They had a "can-do" attitude concerning all of our questions and needs. Our house was not new, yet no one complained about the inconveniences involved in bring all of the serviced items up to par. I would recommend Steve and Bo Enterprises to anyone that needs their services...GREAT WORK.

The Worst! – I have scheduled Bo to insulate my attic 4 times. The first time, I had to cancel (2 days before). They came--apparently the office staff and the insulation staff don't communicate. This should have prepared me for the future:
The next time, I was promised I would be the first job of the day (since I had to leave for work at 12); I called at 11:30 to find out where they were and was told that they'd changed their minds and decided to make me the last appt (without telling me). The next time, I was scheduled 1-5. At 3:30 I get a call saying they wouldn't be coming. Ran out of supplies. The next appointment was made for 2-5 (I had to work until 1:30)--and I called to confirm the day before; spoke with the supervisor, who kindly scheduled it for 3-5 and told me to call if they hadn't arrived by 5. They hadn't. I called to find that no one answers the phone after 5. When I called the next day, they told me they'd been here at 1:45 (15 minutes before I got home and 75 minutes before scheduled). I had waited all afternoon for nothing. They didn't even bother to leave a note. And when informed of their error, didn't even have the courtesy to apologize. Just said it was my fault for not being home. I would never voluntarily use this company. Winter is mostly over anyway. Thank you, Bo.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED – I was talked into doing my part for conservation by converting my light fixtures at my apartment community (over 300 fixtures) to energy efficient ones. The fixtures are junk and after a few short months, bulbs started burning out. Each bulb is over $7 each to replace. Bo was supposed to warranty for 2 years. Trying to get them to even ship replacement bulbs has been literally IMPOSSIBLE. Over 15 phone calls - no action - VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!! I wish I could do it over - I would definitely not do the conversion. Now I am stuck paying to rip back out their fixtures and replace with regular fixtures. Several owners I have talked to said the same thing. OUCH!
Fraudulent company- beware – Be forewarned that this company is being investigated by PG&E for fraudulent redemption of rebates. They failed to complete work on my house, never did an energy efficiency pressure test on the duct system to my knowledge, but still somehow took a rebate from PG&E. I know this because my ductwork continued leaking lots of cold air during the winter, after BO's visit, due to a gaping hole it in under my house that was not repaired for 6 months until I had to do it myself. How BO can claim they made my house energy efficient and then take a rebate from PG&E is simply fraudulent. I never saw nor received printouts of any efficiency tests and am curious if such even exist in my situation and just what exactly BO uploaded to PG&E.
