horrible customer service...parts of my purchase made in china no less were very inadequate (cue rack and brushes)...fell off wall because inferior mounting parts...asked what to do and literally got a blank stare...when asked what to do...was told what i bought had to be broken in...bristles actually fell off brushes while cleaning table...takes longer to clean the bristles off the table than it did to clean the table...wouldnt do anything to remedy the problem
We were going to buy bar stools last December 2011 but we didn't know the height, the salesman convinced us to leave our credit information and we could call back with the height and then make the order, we live 100 miles from Valley Gaming and Billiards and we we arrived back to our home we discovered we didnt need the bar stools, we called them and told them we were not going to need them and thats when we found out they already had charged our credit card, and we had to fight them along with American Express to get our money back which was $1417, then now they have taken us to small claims court for a re-stocking fee for something that NEVER was ordered in the amount of $212. a 15% re-stocking fee, when again NOTHING was ordered because they NEVER knew what height to order. How can that be, what it tells us is to stay away from this place, obviously if they try these tactics imagine the kind of service they provide.
Opposite experience. – Unlike kp0829, I have nothing but good things to say about their service. I had a similar scenario where my pool table was delayed but when I called up complaining (It wasn't their fault at all, it was the manufacturer's.) they were very sincere and offered me a discount for the next time I go in.
Worst Customer Service – I would never recommend this store for anything. Their customer service is extremely poor. I ordered a replacement pool table felt for my table on November 8th and was told that it would be in on November 11th. Still to this day, November 23rd, I have not received my felt or been offered a refund. When I call in to check on the status I am told every excuse/reason in the book.
